Hello! I had a problem with the program, it disconnected, so i uninstalled flexistarter, but when i tried to install it again, my computer wasn't reading the disk, so i downloaded the same version. My problem is that I'm not being able to install it because the "Product" field is blank, and it also says my password is wrong... Does anyone have a solution for me????

I have been trying to install the MH 871 cutter for weeks now with no progress. It simply appears as USB SERIAL CH340 (COM 7) in device manager.

e05004 Error after new Motherboard Installed
JRV616 posted a topic in GraphTec Cutting Plotter Support Requests
So I replaced the mother board in my ce6000-60 and now it comes up on controller as ce6000-40 and has a pinch align error code e05004 every time after it reads the materials edges. Update firmware. Any one have any idea on this. I matched everything with the motherboard that was taken out. Not really sure whats up and hate to have wasted so much cash. -
Hello all, I have a copam 2500 and I went to go cut something today and the pinch roller broke broke in two pieces. Now I need to replace it, no big deal. However I can not figure out how to remove the roller. Can some please help?

Having problems installing Graphtec cutter, make sure you are not plugging it into a USB 3 (blue) port. After hours of frustration, it simply came down to switching it to the USB 2.0 port. story goes I had a computer go down and had a few RUSH jobs to do, so I grabbed my laptop and proceeded to install my cutter. I mistakenly was plugging it into the blue usb and the computer insisted i was installing a printer with problems. -
here's our latest wrap install, we didn't get to print this one since we just got our printer today but soon we'll be printing and installing!!!

I took some pictures of my rear window job today. I am also making some real estate sign runners for her. Came out good but I was worried for a while because it was so hot today the app fluid kept drying and the different pieces were not cooperating.

Hello again, I have been battling with a 4 layer piece of vinyl all day and have been scratching my head as to why it isn't working. I keep getting air bubbles and wrinkles in the second and third layers. I have tried to install wet and dry and have had no luck. Wet worked a little better but kept drying while I was positioning. If a flood it with app fluid I can get it placed correctly but then when I remove the app tape it pulls on some spots and creates bubbles. I just moved into a new building and it is hotter inside then I would like. Here in California the summers are hot and I know I can only do outside installations in the early morning or at night. I want to know if anyone else has had trouble with heat or cold when layering or installing vinyl and if so what temperature is too hot?

Hey all, I am having trouble applying a wall sticker to a block wall. The joints between the blocks are causing me problems. Any suggestions? thanks!
