I wouldn't touch vinyl for 312 shirts when you have access to screen printing. Cost and time alone will be HUGE savings. What kind of ink are you using? Have you called the ink manufacturer or your supplier to seek advice there? What are you using to cure the ink? My inks require the temp to hit 325* to cure and I have no issues at all. If you are using a heat gun, heat press or even just a flash unit you MUST be sure to reach full curing temps.

She lives with me which is why I was able to monitor her condition but she was too damn stubborn to go to the hospital until it reached critical mass. At least I know who I get my stubbornness from.

I had a little time today to work in the shed to do some things that I have been wanting to try. Both are eagles but the first is one that I have wanted to do some testing on the multi-stage work. Almost pleased with it but need to get it a little better. Still need to put them in some frames.

Let's try this again. Sorry for that last post with no picture. Any way. I got a sample of the etched vinyl and decided to use it for myself. I did this on my front door at home. We live on the lake so the fish theme fit! My wife came home and LOVES IT! (good thing right)

Not over true glitter. There are some other products that are smooth that I think you can like VideoFlex Glitter. You can put glitter over the regular stuff though. Just a warning, I do A LOT of HTV work and have found that glitter does not hold up long so be aware that they will come apart sooner than other HTV work. They look real styling' though. IT's hard on blades and hard to weed, not fun stuff in general.

I know that the screen printing would be the way to go with this order but the customer has requested vinyl cause one of her other orders doing screen printing didn't go so well. And she has been one of my best customers since i have started. I have talked with my supplier and i have purchased a temp gun and check my shirts for cure time. I mostly use plastisol ink and i have a flash dryer that came with my kit. I have even started after flash drying then i use the heat press and press each shirt to hopefully make sure they are completely cured.

I have been buying quite a bit of rv surplus lately and got the idea last night when over there - the owner gave me a door panel that they had scrapped the aluminum off of - think I will get more to do pictures on as it shows the outlines and great for display pictures

Cool Idea thats luck, I use coroplast it worked good also however they ask about the flute indentations and I say thats due to the substrate.

She is doing better now than she has in the last 6 weeks. Make me wonder if her pneumonia was not noticed at first.

I know but mom was in ICU for the last week. She just got released yesterday and as much as I love this place family will always come first.

You don't crap gold nuggets and they can't preform miracles. They spent time with you to try and fix your broken machine. That's time and money they didn't get back because you went and bought someone else's used stuff. Why don't you go to the person you bought your used cutter from and bitch at them because they sold you a broken plotter and providing crappy customer service. USCUTTER tried to help you. Here's some good advice. Be more prepared next time. Nothing lasts forever and if you're relying on it for a source of income you should probably have a better backup plan.

Sorry Guy..... I forgot about this....... I'm only admitting this because I know you guys would understand. Have you ever had so many ideas and things to create that you never focus on just one thing. I've been jumping from custom engraved glasses to key chains to making custom jigs. Throw in some life, Stressful day job projects, planning a wedding, a broken laser (fixed now). I've revisited this project and I just received in an AMAZING selection of beautiful wood I'm going to start using to make these bases. They should turn out even better then the birch plywood. I'll update this post in a few days. Thanks for understanding.

Oh no not selling. We stuck it on my buddies car as a prank. He's all tattooed up with flames & skulls, you know the heavy metal type. The Bieber decal just looked perfect.

I think you are taking it a little too personal. Your first posts have been about storm troopers, star wars fonts and lego vectors so you are out there on the fringe of things as far as legality. Not saying you are breaking any laws but asking someone to give you a file would make THEM break the law and forum rules see? If you can make it for yourself then have a go at it even post a picture up when you get it done, that pic of your work wouldn't break the rules.
