If you're going to call someone stupid, don't you think you should double check your spelling and grammar? BUTT <> BUT YOUR <> YOU'RE On a slightly unrelated note, does it look like "TO BE STUPID" has been re-shaped so it's taller in the center, or is that just an optical illusion?

Guy at the day job wanted these made up, they have a group that gets together every Thurs to drink and have fun. They also ride bikes in the summer. hence the old guy on a bike. Ordered 4 to start but sounds like I have another 10 or more to do when these are seen. Also gotta get my air eraser as they want beer mugs to match.. Kinda excited that this is taking off so good so far

Alright I have to admit I have a sublimation addiction and after receiving my second to last order (last from Coastal Business for awhile) I noticed the living room was looking like a shipping dock more than a living room. I have various Iphone 5/s/c cases Samsung Galaxy case all that's out there, Ipad 2/3/4 cases, various jewelry items, mini license plates, poker chips, Bandana's, pet tags, dog tags, glass cutting boards, vapor apparel tshirts, mantle clocks, water bottles, cuff bracelets, name badges, various awards, plaques, and so much more items along with various mounting products, and tools I had to purchase, I'm thinking I have gone to far and need help.

Rapid Prep from Rapid Tac will strip off road grime, Rain X and just about anything else that will interfere with vinyl adhesion. I buy it by the gallon and fill small (30 mL) plastic spray bottles (available for $0.60 in qty) and sell that ($2) along with decals and make that part of my warranty. If you don't buy my cleaner, then I don't warranty the installation. One of my first sales I told the customer to make sure the glass was clean (I forgot to say "and dry") and so they tried to install while the car was still dripping wet from a car wash - that most likely had a silicon or wax spray, because 90%+ of the decal wouldn't release from the application tape...

This is my best work yet, due to Wildgoose's trick with the Parchment Paper.... I'm not sure how i ever did without it before, lol... Here are the layers and the finished product... 4 colors, 5 layers. Couldn't make all the black happen in 1 layer, had to do a base and an overlay... Who has the best trick for getting rid of small bubbles in layers? Heat gun?

And I still want to do more, that's not including the 4 dozen mugs and the 2 dozen shot glasses or the order that's coming from conde. I'm out of control. And Dakota you know I want to get those pint glasses.

    It's a dark hole . . . We seldom come out of

All these places are good and available but they also come in different grit sizes. If grit is a size that is. So it depends on who carries the grit you want. the higher the # the smaller the grit ( i think that is the way it goes. ) which results in smoothness of the etch . I HAVE NOT tested so i don't know the comparison but on the FB page i am on there is a wealth of info. One page = Etching with a blast cabinet, for those just using the air eraser- Air Erasing.

Although I agree with you - it's interesting that the Greenstar (white) is actually staying on better than the Oracal (mint green)...

Good advice so far... also you may want to pick a theme and stick to it. having several different types of fonts/colors and several different styles of logos on your page may make it seem too cluttered. You have a good start with the layout, just change the small things and it looks like you would do well

Not to sound dumb, but I don't know how to do video on screen when working... past my old brains workings, if some can explain to me I can try be a few weeks, she hasn't even painted room yet LOL

Yeah I was confused on why they would be using 351 myself. And greenstar I wouldnt use personally either. I use it for shipping tape and testing only. especially around a wiper like that.

Did anyone notice he (or she) is using oracal 351 and greenstar? If I was you I'd get some oracal 651 or 751. Greenstar is ok but the 2 oracal types I've listed have a proven track record of holding up better then greenstar.

You can never have all the fonts you will ever need. I have over 50,000 and I still get customer requests weekly for ones I don't have. My advice...you've got the basics...add as you need.

Yep, got mine at TSC in a short cardboard barrel. While alum oxide may maintain it's abrasive quality forever, if you're like me you won't be able to resist using it for projects other than glass etching which could result in contamination by grease, paint, or who knows what (from my experience) . Just saying... it wouldn't hurt to buy enough to refill the cabinet at least one time while you're at it.

For the first time in a while I think we have a pretty consistent price across the board.

If at all possible install install the decal in layers. Don't preassemble, air gets trapped when there are unequal levels of vinyl and your squeegee can't apply pressure equally to the vinyl.
