Local Kmart is closing...i picked up some racks! I got one of the round shirt racks for $35, one of the t-style shirt racks for $35, and a really nice rolling double hat rack display for $45.
What a score...
My dad and i were looking all over...im like "i need something for hats.."..he pointed at this nice unit that had a large sign "HAT CENTRAL"..i was like yep thats what i want!
Everything is torn apart in pieces right now...will post pics up later.
Buddy of mine works for these folks as a shooter. Boss just bought a black truck and wanted black mags. Buddy has silver truck wanted a set too. I really like the black ones, the silver just doesn't pop enough. He was super happy tho so that's all that matters
Before I changed the blade I tried backing the pressure down to 20g, and now it works tons better. I figured more pressure would equal a more complete cut.....seems the opposite is true.
Are the banners full of creases? The last time I ordered Zenblank banners, they came packaged like that and were a PITA to open and the banners inside were creased many times - I had to run them through my heat press to flatten them out...
Yep the uhauls have mostly smooth sides. I would not even price with greenstar I would use at least oracal 651 for a short term signage you dont want curling and peeling even on a low cost job. I would be around $ 300.00 to $350 per side the truck delivered to my shop.
Blasted my sister's name on a set, a couple years ago. I'm a little rough around the edges I guess, if we take something, the dish leaves when we do. And I try to fill it back up, before leaving.
It is actually 700 JERZEES - NuBlend® SUPER SWEATS® Crewneck Sweatshirts. So really not that many.
I use a 4 color 2 station press and also a 6 color 6 station press. Same as the old octopus if you will. Everything is manual. Auto presses need to be fed way to much and this would be a small order for a shop with auto presses. If i start doing 500k or more a year than I might consider a auto but the employees that are needed to feed them sometimes are not worth the headache. haha.
