So I sold the aces and eights glass today @ the moonshine store to the boyfriend of the owners daughter. He is a biker too and loved it. The owner is talking about giving me an order for some mason glasses with the moonshine jug and distillery name on it. Also so the boyfriend works @ a state sign shop and has access to vinyl that the expiration date is just went out and he is gonna get it for me .The owner also has been tossing dottles with small cracks in the neck out, so he is gonna save them for me.

I'm probably going to get a new one next year but I want to find a swing-away or drawer style that has auto open (without air). I hate having to run over to the machine to open it back up and there is a lot of time wasted setting there at the press. I might even consider getting an auto open clam just for that feature alone although I now have an older hix and noticed the swing away is more user friendly for getting the layout right.

I have the CE5000-60 model...and love it. The new CE6000 models are out too. If you can find a good deal on a clearance of the old 5000 model u can save several hundred dollars. The new model has a few features over the older one...like more pressue....but you really dont need all that much pressure anyway for just cutting vinyl.

Makes you wonder how & why all those people get away with it. If you look at any of the big "E" sites fake are everywhere, I just don't think it would be worth the risk. Heck it's hard enough not to step on a toe when you design your own.

I thought about making matching numbers for the bottles, but my case as an example I usually put the lid back on after taking one out. If in doubt look at the directions on the bottle. 1 = 1 a day 2 = twice a day, 3 = 3 times aday N = at night/bedtime. I decided against labeling the bottles because of monthly Rx renewals. I just swap the caps. If you can't remember if you took them. (Guilty here a couple of times) I turn them over after taking one. Only did that twice when I got home late.. Side effects reminds me not to do that again. At any rate it's a simple way to help those managing thier meds when the take several multi times a day without using one of those multi pill boxes.

Thanks Dawn! I particularly like the last one. I'm a class A CDL holder myself although I don't get out there much anymore.

I've got this hanging up in a few Golf cart dealerships It's about 24"x48" I don't know why the logo isn't showing up when I convert it to a jpg but you get the idea

No, I removed my incorrect answer. But it might not be allowed, that is up to the mods. But there are many FREE file convertors on the web. . why wait.?.....Especially if you have more. Never used it , but worth a shot. http://image.online-convert.com/convert-to-eps

I like it, now if you could devise a system to tell me that I just took it 10 minutes ago and don't need it again until tomorrow! Cal

If you look at it and think it resembles a JD logo then you are bumping up against copyright and trademark laws that have the potential to land you in a lawsuit. There are people who copy stuff all the time and seem to get away with it but IMO it's not worth the risk. In a lot of ways it depends on the application. I have a "Hardly (not Harley) Davidson" logo that I built to poke fun at a home built bobber bike I built a few years back, I still wear it on my own clothes but I don't sell it 'cause I want to keep my house.

If your looking to do more sand blasting/ Glass etching I would HIGHLY recommend one of these. http://www.harborfreight.com/air-eraser-kit-69277.html I started etching glass a year or so ago and I used to use armor all etching cream too and it works, but not consistently. So the quality control nut in me decided to go all in on a huge sandblaster (300.00) A couple of days later I was picking some stuff up at harbor freight and saw this thing and ended up returning the other sandblaster. It works just like an airbrush kit. the spray pattern is streamlined so you don't have to worry about getting all the small nooks and crannies of the design. It is abrasive but not so bad that it picks up the vinyl as you work. Sorry for the infomercial but I love it and since your starting out I figured id throw it out there for you.

If you have FlexiSign Pro or LXI Pro you can use the stripe effect set to varying stripes and gaps to create a more realistic gradient look using two colors of vinyl.

This was sent to me to work with and everything I find bigger is a picture of a patch (sucks I know). JAY2703 got me close on the font and I redrew the design in Corel to make it more cutter friendly LIVE FREE RIDE HARDCORE.eps
