My Bf and I made this in illustrator for a mining service Tell us what you think! Please and thank you!!  :) Thinking about adding some pick axes and maybe a coal cart or something let me know what you think!

There current logo is just WMT and a bull head they wanted to keep that so I did

You don't want to know what I think.

Let's just say, it's better to offer nothing than to express my view on that.

I have done some for coal mining/miners and used a pick and shovel crossed. I dont get the guns cor mining i suppose the western theme but the bulls head conveys that pretty well.

Too busy....too much going on for no good reason.

Simplicity with good design is usually best.

Centering is off.

Visit Brands of the World and look through the logos of

major companies to see what I mean.

Or check our the logo design sites.

And remember, you're dealing with adhesive vinyl, the smaller you make the lines, and such, the less adhesive you're gonna have holding it on.

Its not for a rock band? I thought that was the only use for that font.

Loose the guns. Find a new font and use your alignment tools.

Make 4 or 5 for practice.

Think about how to get your message across SIMPLY.

Just a couple of quick, cliche examples;

I like the coal cart idea. If they want to keep the longhorn design, put it on the side of the above coal cart.

Skarekrow nails it again, those are two very good examples.  clean, un-cluttered and easily readable from a distance, as most signs are not laying on your desk, they are on buildings.

Is that the skull they currently use? If not I'd look for something else, that one looks like it has buck teeth.
