Not only yes but hell yes! Scraps are pure profit buddy. No such things as scraps they are just little roll ends. I sell the heck out of them things and I use the polling feature on my Summa all the time. Some shut this off some don't but I like to know things are gonna fit before I start cutting. SignCut Pro will poll the plotter if your machine has the capability. My old P-Cut I had to manually measure the available and input it manually.

. . . . I told her 2 fold - to keep in in great shape and I am comfortable with the great work it puts out without double checking things . . . old friends are the best

KY it took about 4-5 hours start to finish. Almost 4 hours just blasting taking it in and out of the cabinet to check everything. I also blast at about 20-25 psi so I control the depth a little better.

Indoor stuff is probably the riskiest in the business. You never really know what you're in for and if you install it you may be back. If they install it THEY may be back. Lose lose most of the time and always on the cheap.

I do quite a bit of sponsored work for a construction supply store in my state and they have about 10 different sponsors who match funds with them for hoodies and shirts. I don't think one of them has produced a bonafide vector for me but they all have to approve the final size and placement before they will give up the matching funds. Seems to be a disconnect with the sales teams and the corporate entity but I roll with it and let them know that I am acting under their direction. There have been two instances where we had to either increase the overall size of the sponsors logo or add space around the logo to separate it from my clients logo so I know people are looking at it and giving the nod.

631 works great. I recommend you use the HT55 application mask since it's specially designed for 631. Paint can be tricky. If it's got stain or scuff resistant additives it probably won't adhere easily if at all. Some of the low voc paint is the same. You could successfully install the decal only to find it fell off overnight. You should also wait until the paint has fully cured. I recommend a minimum of 3 weeks.

That happens a lot especially with older folks who don't move around as much and keep a good air flow to their system. My mom developed a urinary tract infection one year and just felt it as a back-ache and just stayed in bed. No one had heard from her for a few days so finally my sis ran over to check on her and she was dehydrated and laying in bed and hadn't eaten in several days. We almost lost her that week. Got her nursed back to health and moved her in with my sis for several years until she got to the point she needed hospice care.

I use Cutting Master 3 which came with my Graphtec CE6000 via the plug-in though Illustrator. I create all my designs in Illustrator or Indesign and trace in Illustrator and use the plug-in to send it to the cutter. It works perfectly for what we do.

Unfortunately most customers dont know what you mean when you say vinyl decal. I run into that a lot around here. As soon as I tell them it's a sticker they get the point!

anybody who can't figure out how to delete his own account shouldn't be attempting to learn how to operate a cutter. Just my 2p worth.

Yup I just double checked and it isnt available now. They probably put all the ones they had in stock in the cutters. I would call and find out if you could get one.

With it starting to cut when you turn it on while connected to the computer then that would indicate that the printer spool on the computer still have the job queued and is sending to the plotter as soon as you turn it on. My understanding is the onboard memory of the plotter is whipped when it is turned off so the only way the plotter can plot that image when first turning on is if it is coming from the computer.

Sorry Guy..... I forgot about this....... I'm only admitting this because I know you guys would understand. Have you ever had so many ideas and things to create that you never focus on just one thing. I've been jumping from custom engraved glasses to key chains to making custom jigs. Throw in some life, Stressful day job projects, planning a wedding, a broken laser (fixed now). I've revisited this project and I just received in an AMAZING selection of beautiful wood I'm going to start using to make these bases. They should turn out even better then the birch plywood. I'll update this post in a few days. Thanks for understanding.

I was thinking that myself but I don't want to mess up with I have to print and to be honest I'm not that great at getting things to look right after I split things (kind of why I'm not a surgeon lol ).

Well I'm in the shop and the heat was off, but the door had been opened recently. Since you asked, I went out and threw on the old raytech IR thermometer. Had to use the probe. The glass is about 30.2 degrees. The wall (inside wall) behind it is about 34~40 degrees depending on where I pointed the aiming lazer. I guess the studs are colder than the insulated part. I just mentioned the temperature so people know it's a low temp application and not the middle of summer. But you can see how stiff that cast + conform paper is.
