That's what this group excels at, helping people understand what is going on so next time they can problem solve and figure it out. In some other groups they might just say here is your fixed file with no explanation. Great group here
We just had out 6th Annual Alligator hunt in Melbourne Florida over this past weekend with
6 Wounded Warriors. (Purple Hearts)
This is a world class outdoor sporting event put on by the Wounded Warriors in Action Foundation (Founder John McDaniel). (Not to be confused with the Project)
Its a all out function from a Police escorted, American Legion Riders Post #81 and Brevard County AirBoat Association Parade and Operation Outdoor Freedom, Friends and the Community who go all out and take our warriors out. We Hunted area 540 on the St John River...
Hope you enjoy the photos ...
I worked the event this year to help out and hunted it last year getting a ten foot plus ...

Anybody ever try offering a small decal just for testing the wall? Maybe charge a buck for it while using up your scraps. You could explain the issues with different paints and textures and that it will let them know if it will work before forking over the cash for a big decal.
Main thing with the paint, is these new 'stain resistant' paints. They have Teflon, and silicon in them, to make it easy to wash, stain resistant, kinda like a non-stick frying pan. Also makes the paint, 'vinyl resistant'.
I just realized how rude I sounded and it wasn't meant to sound that way but as far as sanmar goes I really doubt they feel that my screenshot would be worth even calling me especially if I got offended and went elsewhere. I just checked my year to date with them and it's already passed the 10k mark.
Yep! What he ^^^^ said. Selling wall decals comes with a big disclaimer these days. Even on regular painted walls they are FUN to install. Have you done any for your own walls yet? If not I suggest doing some just for the fun of it and you will have a better feeling for what your customers are going to experience. The heavier the texture the tougher it is to get good adhesion too.
Thank you so much for this information! Priceless! All this time i thought that problem was in my machine... but it's going to be much easier to figure out how to fix it with your explanation.
Most times when this happens in AI it's from using the "merge" function which keeps all the open spaces as objects. Try using the "Unite" function instead.
When doing a live trace see if there is an option to "Ignore White" this will render a compound path without filling in the empty spaces. (some of the older versions did not have this as an option)
If you have existing files you want to check I suggest looking over in the Layers and you should see within the stack objects that are there but have either white in the thumbnail preview or just an outline. Select one of these by using the little button on the right side in that layer stack and verify that it is in fact supposed to be an open hole. If it is, then use Select>Same>Fill color and AI will select them all on the current file unless they are locked. Then just delete them and make sure your file still looks correct.
VinylMaster is Top Shelf for Vectoring, and depending on the exact type of node editing I'm trying to accomplish, it's pretty hard
to beat the flexibility it offers. Inkscape is very quick for it's simplicity in node editing.
Illustrator seem the least intuitive... Why they didn't incorporate the same shortcuts and
keystrokes as they put in Photoshop is beyond me.
Again, just depends on what I'm trying to accomplish as to what tool I grab.
You can usually save lots of time doing prep work in raster... if you have the skills.
