Make sure your vinyl clamps are on the grit rollers and not in the voids. Check and make sure grit rollers are tight (set screw on end of roller) and make sure to unroll vinyl so machine doesn't have to pull it off the roll Butch

How many of you do remote shows to sell your items ? Do you make them on the spot with your cutter or do you take orders ?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8AVtPgTEF08 I guess it's my fault for not doing some investigation before spending hard earned money.

first gx-7000 sawgrass replaced free - even gave me a loaner with free ink to use while new one was backordered. . . when new gx7000 came in they gave me a set of inks to make up for what was lost inside the printer when loading the first time. that printer worked great for about the last 4 years until a cyan nozzle finally quit firing ( one nozzle out of dozens so I use it for textile prints only that aren't as high of resolution. the replacements came from sawgrass directly though even though the printer was bought thru conde. I think it may be too late to contact sawgrass on that one now though.

I kind of look at it like the "man behind the curtain" keep them in the dark, competition on the web is fine but locally is another story. You don't want them to see how easily a $1000 could put them in business. But on the other hand an artisan at work always draws a crowd.

Yep issue is resolved.- Make sure the blade holder is very snug before placing it into the Titan cutting head. My other machine finger tight was fine, i'm not sure why it worked loose maybe because it was newly cut threads or the machine has more force. I have been running it at full speed and it is connecting all the lines.

This is why I stick with Epson printers look at all the printers I could purchase for 1200.

But... the overpriced gel ink didn't dry out and didn't require a weekly test print or the occasional head cleaning...

Didn't they offer a refund or anything? Also if a ford or chevy tried this it would have rolled over it the first time.

If you download SignBlazer Elements from the following link, it will install an icon on your desktop that reads "USCutter Drivers". You can click on the icon and then select "USCutter Laserpoint" and then click install. DEAD LINK

I've been cutting for 2 years or more and just this past week I decided to try my luck on eBay. That's why your sales are down. Not because I'm getting your sales but because my luck is so bad that it's contagious. Lol

If he's layering a multi-color cut vinyl decal, kudos to him, that's a job I wouldn't take. My point is, sadly, he's gone the route of thinking he can print his own vinyl decals on an aqueous printer and use it out on the water as a replacement of what I print on my Roland VersaCamm... Not to knock anyone, but I think there's a huge difference when you're talking about equipment cost of $800 vs $15000!

Almost all solar setups including off the grid homes use solar power to recharge battery banks. I don't think I have seen one that runs directly from solar to the end product.
