Wall decals that I made for a customer. I can't take credit on the install, they did that part.

So I went into one of our favorite Jerky stores today to try out this new jerky we heard another fiend talk about. Long story short, the owner noticed I was the guy who installed letters on the windows of the barber shop next door and wanted to strike me a deal. He had a roll of lettering that was sent to him from the place he franchises all of his stuff from, and he wanted me to put it in his freezer because he screwed it up before. So all I had to do was line it up, tape it off, peel and stick... and he gave me $60.00 worth of jerky. Not your run of the mill gas station jerky either... some real good stuff. I was happy, he was happy, so when I got home and told the wife she said "oh, so we get paid in jerky now?" I said "hell yeah... cash, card, money order, or jerky!" haha. Not too bad for what I was going to spend in the store anyways, to get it free for installing sone letters on the front of a freezer, I feel like I made out like a bandit!

You don't offer enough info... We can guess you're running some version of windows since you mention 'device manager'. You're also trying to use the built-in usb port of the cutter, which in itself is enough info to start solving your problems. First off, do not use the built-in usb port of the cutter. If you don't have a true serial port, look into (search) the Keyspan adapter. Yes, it's just a USB to serial adapter, but this one actually works. Second, in windows, there's no guarantee at all that your usb port will come up as the same serial port number after a reboot. Windows is famous for assigning a completely new port number to connected USB-serial devices. As far as using the built-in port of the cutter. Yes, the cutter would probably have to be on when you turn on the computer or plug in the cable for it to be recognized. But just wait for all the typical USB issues when you cut with it...

The incomplete letters, top and bottom of a lower case i for example, you can drag on top of each other to make a complete one.

I didn't have my mind set... i spent all day, going to over 12 different trailer places and looking at ones for sale on craigslist and driving over 200 miles. I even tried getting financing for a brand new 5x8 with ramp for $2295, and got denied, even with putting $1000 down!! My credit isnt good, had credit card issues a few years back from college and losing my job in 2005. My mind was set on getting an affordable usable trailer right now, as my house and garage are getting full of hats, shirts, banners, vinyl supplies, glass mugs, and more..and i need a way to transport stuff to shows i have coming up in less than 2 weeks! So $900 for this trailer, was a great deal, and even if i decide to sell it later i am sure i can make money on it.

2 layered vinyl on my personal A to B car. I really like how it turned out, hoping to catch some eyes. Sorry if the pics are too big or anything, I don't upload on here enough to figure it out.

I've only been making vinyl decals for about a year. A client has asked me if I can print their logo onto vinyl. While I know I can do a layered vinyl, they don't want that. What is a good, inexpensive printer that would get me started in the world of printing and contour cutting? I'm ordering a Graphtech CE-6000 in a few min to upgrade from my Mk721. Any advice would be great!

I live between Haulmark's two mfg sites and can unequivocally state they are considered a well built trailer when compared to some of the others around here. Suspect you'll appreciate the swing doors over a ramped door the first time you get caught out in the rain while load/unloading. Have seen a good many torsioned axles returned for warranty in the tent camper industry mostly because that type of trailer is often loaded beyond the axle's rating resulting in damage to the rubber damper. With the cost advantage of torsioned axles, I would be hard pressed to name a brand that still used leaf spring suspension for the size of trailer you ended up with. Does it have functioning brakes?

My buds are pros, they weld and build stuff for a living. Mon-Fri they build automated packaging machines worth $250K +. and they even have their own weekend shop for custom choppers...so a rectangular ramp door should be pretty easy. We have built utility trailers and trailers to pull behind motorcycles...i myself have designed and built 4 different trailers. As for maintaining this one, easy, i love tearing stuff apart and rebuilding it. Last year i rebuilt my CubCadet riding lawnmower, my yamaha raptor 600r, and i am working on 2 motorcycles and another truck. As for the cargo doors, not worried about it. I picked up the trailer for $900. It need a good washing, and a spare tire, then when it warms up, i get to decorate it with my business logo and advertising!

A long time we had a couple that lived a long time I dont remember how long but one finally died and she gave the other to someone that had several. We had a black mayna bird named zoro that started talking as soon.as the sun begin coming up.I read that a parrot can live over a hundred years I dont want a pet with that type life span.

here is the first smaller cut - I can't go smaller with my eyes - will have to have Stacey try one smaller sometime - I blew out the letters cause I couldn't see good enough - not bad with no real set up other than blade depth

Since I am running on a Laptop (windows 7) The other end will not fit into my laptop. We went to walmart and staples to see if we could find some sort of adapter and they didn't have anything so I guess I am just stuck with the USB instead of Serial. Unless someone knows where I can get one? My husband (who I am not sure was talking out of his behind or not) said that because the cord doesn't have gold in it that is the reason why it has so much static and doesn't work very well. I got the machine running and made my first cut but I am still trying to read and figure out how to properly use the x & y to get it where I need it. I made a design and it turned out great. Except for the fact that I didnt get it all on the vinyl lol. LOTS of experimenting ahead for sure. this is what it looks like. "ountry girl" LOL
