Guys take of your skin and use sunscreen when working outside a hat or cap also helps espically a wide brimmed hat. I spent the day getting my nose cut on removing a cancer and will need one or two reconstructive surgerys to rebuild it. It started as just a small spot in the crease of my nose that bleed real easy and not being insured I did not seek advise or treatment so it got to this point. If my wife had not stayed on my butt I could have waited too long. Just keep notice of moles or sores that change, bleed or dont heal.

Another day or receiving items, got a 10 pack of subli-patch, and 10 pack of 4X4 Chromaluxe Clear photo panels from Coastal Business, and the last box was from conde, IPhone 5C cases, IPhone 5 cases, 2 shot glass dye wraps, bracelet bender, and some bracelet blanks. Lots of learning and selling going on round here. What a way to take your mind off of ailing parents.

As Eazy said, just add a couple shapes where you want and you'll be good. I make diamonds at the top for my reg. marks. Under the SUBJECT tab at the top, there's a WEEDING tab you can click and it will simply just add a box around your image. Or you can manually do it yourself by drawing your own lines. I think SCALP is great, not sure why most of the people on this forum are against it. Super easy to understand compared to some others I've tried and it does quite a bit!

Here is a little wrap for the MLS soccer season. It's based on the 3rd kit. Avery matte black and Avery1005 for the white and print.

Looks great, I have a theory that people who have weeded vinyl can spot things like the skulls you're talking about a lot easier than a customer who has never sat for 5hrs weeding a gigantic vinyl job to make sure all of the pieces are out of it. My wife weeds all of our work and she can spot a mistake as soon as I hand her something that I looked at for a good 2 minutes to make sure it was good.

Ya it's massive. The engine consists of a home built replica of a regular train engine around one of those huge generators we call whisper-watt's that the pipe layers around here use for running their 480 de-water submersible pumps. He owns a construction supply business and someone ordered it in for Y2K and never showed to pick it up so he was stuck with it and originally took it to his own house (40 acres) as an emergency gen for himself and then got the wild hair to build a train. It currently has a long loop track that is still under construction but he can unhook the cars and caboose and back the "engine" up a small spur rail and then hook it to his house for emergency power. Sort of dual purpose.

In case you couldn't tell... the camo is made up of all hibiscus flowers, and the centers of the flowers are skulls, my own design...

Unfortunately, with the continued de-valuation of the dollar, the cost of most everything is on the rise. Add to that the 'Greed Factor' where every link in the monitary chain wants to post huge gains... Whatdayaget? Hammered.

I try to use the largest design that'll fit the smallest shirt size. I charge by size for siser so it keeps the price consistent and when screen printing I'd hate to make a different screen for each size.

Remember a level only works if you level the vehicle too. I'll stick with body lines for reference myself. After all that's what the eye focuses on.

Here is my Sandblaster that I made a few years ago. I saw it on one of the Forums. I did replace the smaller top with a full size(24x24) metal picture frame with plexiglass in it. I must have blasted 1500 pieces in it so far.

I have converted my two car garage into "my shop". I work out of my home so I have no walk in business.... no traffic on main street... I set my own hours, take off when I want and work late nights at times simply because I am a night owl. I have more business than I had hoped for at this point. A few key contacts made that happen. That being said, I don't see the reason to open a store front. I don't want to have to be tied down 8-5. That is my biggest deal.... flexibility of when I work. Plus you can write off part of your mortgage and utilities off..... BONUS! I don't see the rush to open a store unless you need the exposure. I know I have been lucky and blessed to be in the situation I am, but for me, for now..... Home is where I am staying!

I want to check and see what others would charge, who include there shop overhead in a quote. I was asked to provide a quote for 100 qty decals in two sizes 8.5 x 4.5 relatively simple weeding, the same decal at 100 qty 6 x 2.25. I would be using Oracal 651 white, rtape transfer tape. i quoted 498 + sales tax for larger decal, and 382 + sales tax for the smaller decal. The customer declined my estimate and said he could get them for $98 down the road. When he originally asked for the quote he said he would do the weeding himself, i declined and explained that i only sell finished ready to apply decals, not cut vinyl film.

Could be fun to do once and see how he handles it afterwards with no app tape or knowing how to do it lol
