As a side note, if you have your other cutters blade depth at a credit card thickness, you will want to fix them with my instructions, that is way too much blade exposed. You should barely see and feel the blade tip, You only cut with the very tip of the blade. And start your blade offset at around 0.25mm and work in small changes to get the offset correct.

Maybe it's me, But it says the Token is expired for that fix link for the update.

    Graph ref Ce6000 60 vs 120

I use a 30" cutter and I would never want one any wider....I have a 30" 8ft table and it works perfect for masking. I only cut vinyl. A lot of my jobs are pretty detailed and the Graphtec does a great job for that.
  5. I have both installed Graphtec Studio is not like Pro. It looks nothing like it.
  6. When you use Open, look at the drop down box at (FILES OF TYPE) the bottom of the box that opens. It opens all kinds of files, including .eps I just opened an .eps from my computer.

But you don't state, what software, computer.? How is it connected? How did you set your blade depth? Have you ever ran a vinyl cutter before? No mention of your settings. No mention of what you have done to try and fix the problem. You have to provide info to work with.
  8. If he was running on Windows, he could do it very easily right from the Graphtec Cutting Controller. That option is not available for a Mac. Maybe I am missing something, but why doesn't he just send the same order again? No repeat or copy, just send. It will be the same order from the software. Maybe I am not thinking right of what he is wanting. I ran 9 different orders 1 day, and never got out of my chair, All from the Graphtec Cutting Controller. It's so easy. I would think about getting a cheap Windows computer. My 2c. Or run it on Bootcamp, or whatever you can do on Mac.

    Not cutting correctly

Make sure you have your blade depth set correctly. This is how. To start with, you should set your blade depth correctly, by taking the blade holder out of the machine, and firmly cut across a piece of scrap vinyl, you will be cutting. You should only be cutting the vinyl and barely a mark on wax paper backing, Adjust blade to get there, Then put the blade holder back in machine, and use the force of the machine to get there, same results, only cutting the vinyl and barely a mark in wax paper backing. You should just barely see and feel your blade tip out of the blade holder.
  10. There are copyright laws on whether you can sell software or not. SAI copyright laws/rules are stated in the EUA. You don't own the software. (GraphtecProStudio) You have a license to "USE" it. Any type of transfers has to be written to SAI. It is stated in the EUA.
  11. You should read the End user agreement. The software belongs to SAI, Not Graphtec

    Beginner Question

No mention of which cutter or cutting software,
  13. Just for kicks, try Signcut. That way you know whether it is Scalp. It does import .svg files as was already stated above. Export your file from SCALP as an .svg file and import into Signcut.

    Prizm Cutter Engraver Pen

Both cutters are showing now, as well as the etching tool in stock, Says (2) Seattle
  15. That is for you to choose which software you want to use. It is a user preference. Different levels for different cutters for different operating systems. Mac or PC. Your going to have to look it up. I use Flexi software with my Graphtec. There are other soft wares that you can purchase. And some FREE. The cutter has a user manual. You need to take time and read and do research. As well as youtube videos. This is considered a skilled job for a reason. It's not a plug and play job.
