joker 618 Posted January 17, 2014 This is my first shirt ordered by a customer. It had to be 2 colors also. The design was simple and as you can tell it looks simple. The wings are white and the rest is pink. Hard to really see in the picture. This was ordered by a lady for her daughter's one year birthday..I think it turned out pretty damn good for a first time layer of a shirt...

xpfguy 39 Posted January 19, 2014 Great job, my "almost first shirt order" will never be forgotten either. I made a few parent shirts as my first sale. I few weeks later a guy says, "you make shirts?" sure i replied. what do you want? Well I need 75 large 40 XL 20 M and 20 2X in blue and same in white and do you do hoodies and jackets?….. As I'm writing this down pretending I do it all the time, I'm thinking @# %@ 2#2 @#$@3!!!!!" That was a ton of weeding Glad I have a screen press now It will happen to you to… just do it! you'll be fine.
xpfguy 39 Posted January 19, 2014 I forgot about making this, but my prior comment reminded me. This is a video of my "self taught" shirt gfx line up method. I don't do this anymore, but it worked great!

xpfguy 39 Posted January 26, 2014 What screen press did you get ? Looking into this now. I picked up a used Hopkins 6 color 4 station. It needs some work to get all heads working but I've only been doing 1-3 color jobs so problems with that. My experience is 90% of my jobs have been 1 color or 2 color… mainly because I do mostly sports apparel. So I would not discount a good 4 color with 4 station. FYI I'm going to post a 2 color R Jennings in the classified section.
