If you consider 27C (80F) cold, what do you call hot? Why did you removing the backpaper?

Looks like camera flash to me. I'm no English major, but shouldn't it read "Trucker is" home? "Trucker's home" is saying the trucker possesses the home.

You are posting svg files, but it is in the Corel Draw section. I mention only to check that it is Draw we are talking about and not something else like Inkscape since you did not post cdr files. Maybe your just exporting as svg as the forum restricts some attachments. I imported it into Draw and when I look at the disco ball it is all outlines,(stroke). Maybe that is your problem right there and the cutting software is ignoring the outline, (stroke,) which is reasonable in some ways. Fist thing I did was convert all the outlines to curves, (path.) I noticed at the 4 poles of the ball, there are gaps. I changed those a bit. Some places still look a bit uneven, but not enough to really tell or matter in cutting I think. After I converted the stroke to curves, I used the smart fill tool and clicked on each section. This gives you a different type of cutting path. If you just reversed what you weed you could get the same result. But here is what I have as an svg and cdr. I ignored the giant R. Maybe this is enough for you to figure out your own workflow. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/34207516/dball.cdr dball.svg

What is he sticking it to? Glass? Car paint? Maybe he did not clean the surface well or let the adhesive get exposed to windex or alcohol from not drying the surface? Multiple factors could cause this...oily/waxed surface, temperatures too cold for application, or just bad vinyl could cause this. I don't buy cheap vinyl just for reasons such as this. I mostly use Oracal 751 or 951 for glass and Avery SW900 wrap vinyl for anything on painted surfaces such as cars and trucks.

and i hope it turns out to be just a config issue but all it takes is one little thing to shut me down = so with those computers I tend to be less of a risk taker - like having the cutting computer separate and not on the net - always ready to go. having a back up printer and cutter computer ready to put into service in minutes. I don't do well when a customer is waiting and a piece of equipment is down so I try to minimize that possibility - now I dont have back ups for the solvent printer or sub printer but I try to cover as much ground as possible with redundancy

I guess there is no accounting for taste. The original order was for 15, but they like it so much they now want 50 instead...

around this town most order online for .99 sq ft - I won't print them for that using oem ink and good banner material. would be real hard to pay for a printer based on that profit margin imho

is that with the power driver? does it support win 10 yet? the interesting part is that wide vertical banding - curious and watching. ohhh and keeping all my computers on windows 7 for now - just reloaded the back up printer computer with win 7 pro as i have jumped on the early adopter bandwagon too many times without good results to do it again

I too prefer wholesale shirts but have done more wally world shirts than I can count and never had a failure that I know of. Only failures I have had were from lack of pressure right beside a collar (before I bought a pressing pillow) and a few when I first got my press and didn't know the heat was way too cool.

Us Cutter once again took care of this issue by replacing the version of PRO I received from Future Corp with a copy of Titan version. They are an excellent company that demonstrates they truly stand behind what they sell, and even some items they don't. I will always be a customer. Thank you,

congrats Primal - think you are the first newer person to come out of there unscathed - "they all go in the same . . . they all come out different"

I often do the same with saving vinyl. Just depends on the layout but you can save big time on some jobs. Look great. Rush jobs seem to be the norm but I don't mind as long as they rush to pay me too.

Been there, done that...too many times! Now I save the live fonts with the design on a second page before converting the text to curves. It does help....when changes are needed. Sue2

The Black Friday deals are great for new customers. For those of us who already have equipment and software, some deals on materials would be nice. I understand the margins might be less on those items, but it would spur some additional sales.
