If you can't manage something as simple as an outline you are in the wrong business. A simple YouTube search should yield several videos on the subject.

Oh yea baby! My big client just ordered 500 hoodies for the fall weather. Whoohoo! Cha-ching! Black with single color (florescent yellow) small front 1/2 back. About $1.20 in vinyl cost per each. Nice way to go into the winter months.

I don't get it either, they signed up August 2009, and haven't learned the basics in 6 years.? .. My opinion, they don't want to learn it.. They want everybody to do it for them... and as they stated they want it "done asap" "Quickly" That sounds like hop. hop, forum members, do my job for me..!!! And it has been posted over and over and over, you do not vectorize text. only as a last resort. No where did they ask HOW to do it...just get it done "asap" "Quickly"

The bigger question is did you upgrade to WIN10? I know the vinyl express Q series is a re-branded Graphtec however it may work like a value cutter Driver?

Have you tried a different cutting program to make sure yours didnt become corrupt? Try Sign blazer just to try it free install ...

How about a simple word- in Arial Black --"test" or something like that? I have watched my cutter stutter thru a cut, and realized that there were hundreds of nodes it was trying to hit on an object. If the test cut runs fine- it tells me the culprit is probably the file.

Yeah lots of weeding. Probably about 55-60 hours. That will net me over $80/hour though so it's well worth the trouble and all the weeding I do while watching movies or sports.

I always let my customers know that we can change the dates and recycle their banners for years if they are treated well. It is better to remove the old dates right away too...they come off easier. Also, write on the back edge: "ROLL FACE OUT - DO NOT FOLD" Folding for storage will ruin a nice banner and rolling with the design inside will encourage the vinyl lettering to lift or tunnel. I have never used wet apply for vinyl banners.... but, YES, it sticks tight! So there is really no easy way to lift it back up and re-position a line that is crooked or off center. Good Luck! Sue2
