So it seems everyone is thinking the same way I am so I am just going to let it fly unless E-bay pulls it down. Here is the decal..

A while back, on another thread, OW Jones quoted another poster, "...the best idea of lingo to use "your complaint is ambiguous, please clarify, meanwhile no action will be taken" and I would ask for specific links to their trademark/copyright registration. Seems like a good way to procede.

About 1/2 my business lately involves vinyl on shirts. Once you try it you may change your mind.

When I first set up my wife thought we should try it our so we bought a press with everything else figuring we would just make our own shirts for the kids. It is probably half the revenue for the business now and growing. I would say it's easier than adhesive vinyl. Most of the HTV I use (EasyWeed) has adhesive carrier backing so weeding is super simple and you can cut real small stuff without extra skills. Installation is easier because you can lay it right on the shirt and get it right where you want it before you are committed. I later went ahead and bought a pigment based printer to do transfers also and do quite a few of those as well. I second Jaybirds to take the leap and you won't look back. You will soon be one of the most popular people in your circle of acquaintances. I was surprised how many people want custom shirts done once they figured out how easy it was just to order something up. Vinyl is nice because one-off shirts are no big deal where screen print needs to burn a screen so short runs are expensive. Vinyl stays vibrant and usually outlasts the shirt.

A simple sign I made for use around the shop. I put it on a 18x25 corplast (cheap!) and already used it today. SizeChart.EPS SizeChart.EPS

I know the good lord, his son, and my mom with other relatives are looking down. And only gives you as much as you can take. Its getting close to the point where that point breaks.

Well everyone I appreciate all the help I cleared my mind with a little video gaming, went outside till it started to rain, Did some sublimation samples finally got some more done yeah me, took photos for the website. Tried Etching glass using a bottle of air from the craft store didn't work, and I was stupid and removed the stencil so I screwed up a beer mug. Other than that I'm doing great. Until later when it all comes down on me.

I cut the HTV on the wrong side first, so used to regular vinyl I cut on the shiny side, when I couldn't weed it it hit me , DUH! Second cut was simple to weed the only boo boo was I left a sliver of vinyl on the clear plastic and it is on my shirt LOL! All and all its easy to do and your not limited on only polyester or treated shirts. My next thing to try is trying to treat a blended tees my self and check out the results.Walmart has this type of 50/50 blend tees for $3.58 in tons of colors.

I think it sounds like servo creep. From my RC car days- when the servos would have a very slight amount of electricity they would "creep" or make that sound. I think that is what it is-trying to find a zero point-or trying to hold a point-- almost like its in between two points in the motor- that's the best I can describe it.- But I'm not sure if its detrimental long term.

LOVE the shirt design! I have used HTV in a limited way with my cameo and a standard iron. I can only imagine a press makes it 100X's better. I guess I never felt like a vinyl shirt was something I would wear.... seems hot, and not as durable as other shirts. Everything I am reading on this forum has me thinking I might dig a little deeper though. Marie

Just want to clear this topic, it must have been something I did as I have not run into the problem over the past month again.

Just take the leap. You won't regret and everything you learn as far as design and cutting applies to htv the same way.

Sometimes it does a body good to just vent a little. I also recommend either a good workout or even a mild peaceful walk in the park to put your mind back in a good place. There is a lot of truth to positive mental imaging and sometimes we get in a rut and need a change of pace or scenery to shake off the dirt of the day.

I don't know if anyone else on here is one of Jehovah's Witnesses but I wanted to brag! My oldest girl got baptized at our Regional Convention this last weekend, which is also why I haven't been on here for a few days.

The grounding issue is documented by uscutter and I believe it even has something about it either in a setup video or instructions. I am glad you have it up and running but every thing that I personally stated is my honest review of the mh based on thousands of people struggling with similar issues and also on the personal experience of owning one along with a Master, Seiki, Laserpoint 1, Laserpoint 2, and a Vinyl Express qe60+. I have been inside some of these machines so many time that I can honestly say that I have more hands on time than many of the techs. My advice was free and it's up to you whether or not to use it but I really am glad you got it fixed and can enjoy the hobby that is vinyl.

I'm sorry I'm not feeling as magnanimous as you guys. I CALL BS. He's obviously a dolt. If I had "One Project" and was totally new to the craft I would just hire some pro to do it for me and be done with it. If his outfit has enough coin to own a speed boat why would they purchase the very rock bottom cutter that is possibly less useful than a cricut? No one ever knocked him for his actual choice on the cutter, he just took it that way. Mz Skeeter just informed him that the chevette he bought was basically expected to have some issues because it's the budget of the budget models and low and behold it had a bad memory chip, hmmm. No one was telling him he needed to go spend $1500 on a better cutter, just that he needed to expect a few issues and not act like he just got taken to the cleaners in some sort of scam. To top it all off he has the audacity to call the lady a troll. I can guarantee that he didn't take the time to consider why there would be people willing to hang around and help newbies out with cutters we all know (and knew when we bought them) are very cheap. She is a nice person, as is Scott and Jay and so many others. That's my motivation to keep coming back and trying to help. I was once a newb and had no clue how to proceed and got great help and just enjoy returning the favor. Out of Skeeter's 10,000 posts I bet you 3000 are reposting how to set up your blade depth! Over and over and over and over, try and tell me she isn't helpful, truthful and nice. Jay and Scott, although moderators, are not paid for their time. I'm sorry but his insolent comments rankle. I'll shut up now, in fact I think I'm going to ignore the fact that this guy even exists.

Done and will do from now on. ps the stopping during cuts and cutting lines thru graphics on this cutter is well documented on the forum and many have fixed it by going serial . . . google doesn't seem to be your friend either when the tracking questions come up on the longer graphic I promise to keep my mouth shut As my cousin vinnie said - "I'm done with this one" when asked to leave and not help I leave, obviously we are not smart enough to help
