a poor attempt at the design you suggested - don't think anyone would confuse this for the real thing. PS nobody ever accused me of being a graphic artist - but I like to brainstorm to help others

I think this thread can be about signs that tell the truth, in a funny way.

Tell you the truth, I have been so busy printing t-shirts I haven't even had a chance to open it. Even after ordering on Friday Afternoon, it came Tuesday morning! I plan on tearing into it very soon! I am so excited!

Make score lines in the vinyl so you're pulling up smaller sections at a time.

I was having some kind of hardware issue. The Keyspan passed all testing. What was happening is that when I would go to calibrate, the machine would lock-up (very scary thing to have happen repeatedly) and I would have to hard-reboot. So, what I did was standard problem-solving. First, I disabled all non-essential programs; anti-virus, anti-Malware, an app called 'DeskPins', Adobe monitor, etc. I shut down all non-essential apps and services. Then, I unplugged all non-essential USB devices. Printer, USB audio device, etc. Then, I tried calibration again and it worked. I also tried it outside of Windows Serial Mode, though I don't know if that was the issue. It could be that my Malware or Anti-Virus program was interfering too, but I seem to recall having those when I first calibrated, since I always run that software. Weird problem, but the cutter cuts nicely now. FINALLY. Sheesh.

Same here..I look at it as a whole, I make all my score cuts before hand as to be able to remove as much till I get near the intricate areas, I can remove 70-80% by making the precuts before using light table to get to the sensitive areas...

Yes, He needs to take the vinyl out, and make sure each pinch roller is directly over the grit roller. Or it will definitely act like that.

Thanks guys.Skarekrow, you nailed it. Now for the significance. For those that aren't aware with the history of Arkansas Razorback football, we had a useless pos coach named Houston Dale Nutt. Halfway through his 10 year tenure there was a growing faction that wanted him gone. These were called the darksiders. The others in the fan base that wanted to keep him were known as huggers. We had/still have DarkSider/Hugger wars. Well, the wars are starting back up with our current athletic director and his poor choice for a head coach. So far, form what I can tell is I'm the most outspoken DarkSider.

I thought my off shore cutter was set up perfect. Then I got a graphtec. Turns out it was far from perfect. And I still tweek the graphtec now and then. Sometimes you don't realize you have a problem.

I don't know about the without issues part. I haven't heard anybody ever say that they don't have issues with any cutter budget or high end. You yourself have posted about fixing things with your cutters.

It may not boost sales but it eliminates most of the cutter related issues people have thereby freeing up that time to work on other things such as design and sales. I personally have noticed a marked improvement in quality and have had a couple long term customers make comments about it.
