No. just the most popular website for buying and selling. I have my same items up on a few other popular sites, rarely sell anything, but I do make my living off of EBAY, OP says he spent $300 a year in fees. I spend $300 a month in fees just to EBAY. and I still make a good living and a very good profit. and have for 7 years now. And all I sell is vinyl as my main sales. I have a store and I don't know where else you can pay for a 10 cent ad, for 30 days, with a large quantity on it for sale, and it is advertised to millions and millions of buyers.

I suspect that other decal vendors have "reported" you to ebay, I seriously doubt they have an automated system that looks for cheap deals and starts banning sellers... I also doubt that they have any idea of how much it costs to manufacture a decal and what constitutes a fair price...

I had a 68 ford ranger pu 390 3 on the tree that damn thing would fly and i usaly did one day after coming off interstate 77 where i had been doing near a hundred at times anyway as i got ready to pull off the exit the sterring wheel poped and turned freely. Turns out the sterring linkage broke between the front firewall and sterring box at a joint like a u joint. The thoughts of that happening at highway speeds made my butt pucker bigtime. Turned out that a cab support had rusted out and let the cab fall some putting the sterring column in a bind letting the linkage wear.

I'm not as high as skeeter but ebay and paypal combines a month is probably about 250 between mine and stacey's accounts. I remember back when that would have been closer to $50 - they just keep raising the fees, usually in sneeky ways

So I bought a 1995 olds 88. rebult trans exellent engine brand new shocks, gets about 30 mpg. great car. My wife borrowed had to use my car because her alternator went out. I get a call at work from her... she left gas station parking lot and turned,, heared a klunk , everything seemed fine.. she kept going. got to school parking lot.. went inside, then back out and got in to leave.. started backing out.. heared another loud ass klunk and now the steering wheel just spins and spins while she was sitting in a parking lot. car wont move. So i call to have it towed home. I get home and look at it. and the whole rear of the subframe dropped. the front is still up but looking at it dont know what is even holding it up. Found out the subframe bushings rotted out. this is my daily driver i pick my kid up from work. shes taken this car to chicago twice. i drive the freeway everyday... im soo damn glad this happened in a parking lot and not doing 70miles per hour on the free way. once the subframe dropped the steering disconnected ( has a telescoping rod safety incase of a crash so the steering wheel dont smash ya in the face ) she was pretty scared and also glad it didnt happen down the highway. if this happened on the freeway or highway one or all of us probebly wouldnt be alive. but its fixable.

I would have to take time to look up older orders, Doing jobs right now. And it was Aug, when post office offered Free insurance for up $50.00 . I also don't always ship Signature confirmation, For higher priced over $80.00 I make them sign for it. Cost is figured in. Had buyers say, mail man left at back door, got smashed, stupid crap, This is before FREE insurance. , So, I make them hand it to the buyer.. Now, they can't say such stuff.when they screw up their decals applying them

You might be right about the font. The "cap" is known as "a serif" mark-s

Yeah anything Ive sold on there I have been charged a final sale fee and a shipping fee then paypal takes their fee. I just try to adjust price to reflect it, but lately thats hard with so many underselling.

You install ghostcript then need to edit a couple of windows path variables. Sounds a little intemidating I agree, but it's actualy very easy. http://www.brighthub.com/multimedia/publishing/articles/81749.aspx

I wish I knew more about auto maintenance. Daddy taught me to change the oil...'bout all he knew, nowadays with the whole recycle old oil thing it is easier and about the same price to just have that done. Oh, and I can add windshield wiper fluid too! Don't get me wrong.... I am mechanically inclined and do all home repairs etc. just the car thing missed me. Would love to have a classic or two around here (other than me ;-)

heck my graphtec and roland let you push the pressure rollers too far and you have to be mindfull when setting the rollers - why would this be any different -
  16. 1 point
Roll marks are normal and will go away when decals are applied.

I didn't do a ton of homework on them but they're in Georgia and from the couple dealings I had with them they were straight up to deal with.

That's still a raw deal. With prices being what they are and fees being what they are you almost have to send ebay a check every month just for the priveledge.
  20. 1 point
Yeah Im betting there is some copyright issues involved and you were turned in for them, which is against their TOS. Yeah a ton of them do it, but looks like you just got hit for it

It's so top secret you didn't have the clearances to see it but I guess I can make an exception. http://www.all-sports-uniforms.com/FootballHome1.html

I'd feel a lot safer with customer supplied than saying I went out and found the logo for them to use. Let's hope none of us ever have to answer that question in legal proceedings.

Hell I write everything off but if I ever get audited I may have some explaining to do. I'd say honestly to check with whoever does your taxes. I do my own since nobody wants to sign that paper saying they prepared them.
