When I was still doing roofing people didnt like the disposal prices but roofing weight adds up fast and with 2 or more layers the disposal price could be quite high. Most every thing I do now the disposal is just absorbed in to the hard cost. Any aluminum signs I take down I recycle. When we did the american power co. signs I had a couple thousand dollars in scrap aluminum from the signs we took down and at that time aluminum was only 20 some cents a pound. We used to burn in a barrel back in the sixtys and had very little to go to the dump. When we were on the farm we had a hole about 4x8x12 that we put trash in which was only a few metal cans and maybe a breken jar or two.And it never got full enough to fill in in all the years we lived there. It shows we are a throw away society now

In scalp to get what you want, you do like jay said and outline the outline. You can also do an inside "outline" if it fits your design idea.

Our service is private and weekly pickup. When we lived in Roanoke Va. It was the city and included in your water and sewer bill. Here I have to take any large items to the county landfill at $42.50 per ton of weight if I have one item on the truck it cost a minium of $10.00

Outline the outline you made to give you another layer. Probably an easier way but you'll find that many have given up on scalp for design work and went a different route, Signblazer and Inkscape are both free to download and offer way more along the lines of design tools.

Don't have to worry about anybody stealing them that way. Buy a shiny new car, go pay for your gas and poof car's gone.

If I could make a living in a less populated area Id be gone. I'm not exactly sociable. E L, they're all related down here so if I upset half a dozen of em I might as well close my doors. My other windows are currently open to websites about off grid solar living if that gives you any clues about how much I like neighbors.

and to top it off it is a manual contour cut where you have to point it to the corners - not auto like the graphtec's or roland's

Select your text, go to top menu named object, Towards the bottom is an option called shadow layer. That should do what you want. I have scalp to help other put am not that familiar with it myself since I design in Corel Draw.

They are a member of True Ryders Car Club and thought this would be cool. All I can say is they paid and that's all that matters.

Remind him why he is looking for a new supplier. The last guy probable isn't going to need any more clutches so I bet his price is going to go up as well. Figure out what you want at your regular price and tell him. If he bites then great, if not oh well.

So he's doing the work for cost of materials and some horse bartering, no way to compete with that unless you too need a clutch.

I call BS on that guy! Nobody is doing it for that price. He is just trying to get you to do them for nothing.
