    Hello! We just got the SC cutter, unboxed and setup. Removed the protective tape from the inside, installed the blade then turned the power button on. The carriage slides along to the right and hits the right far side. This is where the problem starts. It doesnt stop, It just keeps trying to go right into the side. And it makes a horrible noise as it cant go any farther. You can push the reset button down and it stops for a second and then tries to run into the side again and starts its terrible noise up again. We have tried turning it off and on, taking the blade out. We have tried manually moving to the left a little and it just runs back to the right and freaks out. Thank you for your support.

    Has anyone ever had a problem where their Titan 3 stopped cutting? Turn the power off, and then turn it back on and the cutter carriage just slams into the side of the cutter and you have to turn it off? Thanks, Al

    Hey guys, A female member of my family that I will not name accidently broke the USB port on my cutter. I read a thread about another member that got a replacement but I am wondering if anyone has soldered theirs. I am sure this has happened to other people because the port is not very well supported. Thought I would ask

    my cutter just started acting up..... when i go to cut something all my lines are jagged and the carriage get off calibrated and starts to overlap its self.... only on my left to right i thought maybe my belt was bad but i have checked the belts and the belts were fine... i turned machine on few days later and now when i turn it offline and move the carriage left or right the left arrow move the carriage it right and also the right arrow moves it right.... and if u keep clicking the arroows they will eventally work properly and the carriage will go the way the arrow is pointed noise is a choppy sound like somthing is binding up =\ please help any info would be great i have some very unhappy people waiting for product......

    Hey everyone, I ordered a refurbished is cutter sc1 a couple of days ago. It arrived today and needless to say I was pretty stoked. The only problem is that it doesn't turn on. I emailed them around 2 and haven't heard anything back yet. Just seeing if you guys had any insights. To eliminate the normal questions: it's plugged in, tried multiple plugs, and checked the fuse.
