here is a jpeg of what im trying to cut i dont find it to be very detailed at all! i use to cut bigger more detailed things with my mh series it makes no scenes and like i said when u run the feed roller in and out for about 5 feet of material it will make the sound of the cutter disconecting from the computer

so my cutter works great for small jobs that are around 4 feet long but when i go past 4 feet long while the rollers are moving my computer will make the sound that the cutter has been disconnected from my computer and then does a write error port and i end up wasting so much vinyl i have tried multiple different usb cords i bought a serial cable and a adapter for my computer i have also tried using my other usb ports re installed the cut programs tried differnt cut programs the only thing i can think of its a defect in the machine its self can anyone help me with this issue or should i call ?

i will try this it works fine with small jobs just big jobs... how can i conect serial to my laptop i dont have a port for that :/

com port maths like i said it will cut half the job then stop mid way and im using 10.1.1 on windows 8.1

i send a file to my sc model 34" plotter and half way thro the cut it says write port errorand stops cutting bps: 9600 data bits : 8 parity : none stop bits : 1 flow control : hardware [RTS] [CTS] these are the checked boxes someone please help me with this

my cutter just started acting up..... when i go to cut something all my lines are jagged and the carriage get off calibrated and starts to overlap its self.... only on my left to right i thought maybe my belt was bad but i have checked the belts and the belts were fine... i turned machine on few days later and now when i turn it offline and move the carriage left or right the left arrow move the carriage it right and also the right arrow moves it right.... and if u keep clicking the arroows they will eventally work properly and the carriage will go the way the arrow is pointed noise is a choppy sound like somthing is binding up =\ please help any info would be great i have some very unhappy people waiting for product......
