Get a pair of digital calipers measure one part. Then draw a box on your screen the size of that part. Resize the whole image for that one part to fit in the box you drew. At that point all parts should be the right size. Since it appears the parts were all drawn on the same scale already if you resize all at the same time they should all fit.

No two rolls of vinyl are even the same sometimes. Older material often takes a squosh more pressure.

it's kinda like the windows 10 thing going on with drivers right now - the old timers keep using the tried and true - the younger crowd says if it ain't broke - break it. peace out

Well I did something I never thought I would, however I wanted to do something today other than design and do stickers for people. I wanted to crank up the heat press and test out the Dollar Store Tablet sleeves with some HTV. I went and bought Cricut glitter which by the way sucks for weeding and needs too much pressure and blade. Anyway after I got it cut and weeded I realized the space in the hat and letters needed to be bigger. I however said screw it to be put nicely and pressed it. After this little adventure I'm sticking with eazyweed glitter and Stahls glitter.

No two machines are the same. They may look the same but their pressure and force internal calibrations vary widely.

goose is right if installing from a different blade - back off 40 percent and work you way up = also starting with the least blade possible. but if you have a cleancut installed already and it is "cutting fine" that is the right pressure. knowing how to properly set the depth and pressure is way more important that relying on someone else s number on their machine. crafters get hung up on numbers a lot and it doesn't work as well with the bigger machines - knowing how to find it yourself is key

Overall (most Siser products in general) install at 305deg and they are almost all hot peel for super fast production. Hot peel also helps a lot with multi-layered work where your shirt has a tendency to shrink between layers so faster peel lets you throw the second color on before that takes place in some circumstances. Also regular Easyweed in available locally if I have an emergency although I order most of mine in from USCutter. Quite a few of the stahls line are on a frosted carrier which is trickier if you accidentally pull up a letter (Not sticky). I don't do much of the fashion style application like glitter or moda, my market is mostly in the durable workwear, high school parent shirts and team jerseys. I don't have an issue with the stalls line-up. Thermo Film although thick is a really durable product and give almost a rubber feel. Fashion Film and the Premium are great products too similar to Siser Stretch and I have used many many yards of Super Film (cold peel bleh) because it's about the only stretchy option for nylon volleyball jerseys.

I will never use it in my cutter ever again, now I see why so many people buy more blades for the cricut.

Just be careful because they really do cut much better and you will slice right through everything into your strip. Back off half and work back into it 5 grams at a time

Not sure which one. Give them a call and let them know which machine you have. You might need to have your blade handy to give them a description. They will have one to fit.
