SeeJay I know your problem, too much stock. And I know how to help you, just take those rolls and find a box they fit in... Then send them to me and I'll take good care of them for you.

Just lookin out for ya. All that vinyl in that closet could be a fire hazard. I've got plenty of space at the store.

Same here. I am thinking 1".

Trying to stock a lot less and just ordering for the job.

Keepng the usual colors for the quick jobs.

I like all I've seen so far but my problem is that I'm working on stocking all of the 651 colors plus specialty vinyls. All of these methods start eating up real estate when you get into 80 or so different colors so if any vinyl addicts out there have a large scale storage solution please help a brother out and posts some pics.

Suzy, what size dowel rods did he use? I'm thinking about making one for myself.

3/4 inch dowels by 4ft

ones I started with 7-8 years ago - and now found a couple of used pre built ones.   the old pvc and pvc with wood still work fine expecially on the smaller rolls
