ff-extreme 6 Posted July 19, 2013 Mark, Amazing. Do you id these out of your head?
mark-s 1,126 Posted July 19, 2013 Well it was either a BlamBot font or A&S. I do reconize the diffent style of fonts, by different designers. There is more to it than just font IDing software.(find my font. which I don`t have or use) I have come up with my own system of IDing fonts, for longer than find my font has been out. Your welcome. mark-s
Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted July 19, 2013 Mark if you could just right the code for what you do you could retire on the sales
mark-s 1,126 Posted July 19, 2013 I am retired, this stuff is just a hobby. It`s not that simple, just to write code for a program. These programs will only find fonts that are on the net. Some font collections aren`t on the net, such as A&S,Jukebox, DNA, and a few others. Thats where being able to reconize the different styles comes in. Also the programs alot of times can`t detect the font after it`s been modified. I`m just a humble student of the font and never stop learning stuff about them. I don`t mind helping as long as I get a simple thank you, not much to ask. mark-s
