  1. Hello, I've been running into problems with these mugs in particular for a year now. Throwing away almost half. There's a bit of clouds going on in the green sometimes. And then some spots it will blur, other areas are fine. Sometimes I'll get faded white splotches. I cannot seem to recreate it. It just happens randomly. I'm using Hix (who can't seem to figure it out either.) Using their wraps on their 24x14 conveyor oven. Also seeing this happen with thick bold letters using dark colors on other mugs. I'll use new wraps and old wraps. Same problem. Please, anyone, help. These are the settings: 11oz and 15oz ceramic mugs 400 F 6.7 fan speed 11:48
  2. I have been searching for an answer on this for quite a few days.. I'm really at a loss what to try next to achieve a more solid print, with two different style mugs. Both are rendering close to the same results. My typical process: *Warm mug up before taping print over top* 400 degrees 180 Seconds Medium Pressure Mugs I am trying to print onto: (photos included) Cheaper mugs from Amazon Conde / Dyetrans "Mug11" Paper I have tried so far Texprint XPHR A-Sub Print settings I've tried: Regular Paper - Standard Quality Regular Paper - High Quality Premium Matte - Standard Quality Premium Matte - High Quality I print onto apparel, rock slates, and many other sublimated items just fine. Only mugs have been giving us troubles.. Any suggestions, we'd be very thankful! I've attached images to help show.

    Mug Press Question

I have this Mug Press that came along with my Hotronics 16x20 Swing T-shirt Press several years ago... got lucky & found them locally on Craig's List! What supplies do I need to purchase to start making sublimated mugs...and where is the best source. Or is this antiquated equipment.......the only name I can see on it is OMRON H3G Sue2
