Hello, I've been running into problems with these mugs in particular for a year now. Throwing away almost half. There's a bit of clouds going on in the green sometimes. And then some spots it will blur, other areas are fine. Sometimes I'll get faded white splotches. I cannot seem to recreate it. It just happens randomly. I'm using Hix (who can't seem to figure it out either.) Using their wraps on their 24x14 conveyor oven. Also seeing this happen with thick bold letters using dark colors on other mugs. I'll use new wraps and old wraps. Same problem. Please, anyone, help. These are the settings: 11oz and 15oz ceramic mugs 400 F 6.7 fan speed 11:48

I'm a new to it all DIY'r that quite honestly needs a bit of direction on what to buy to get into custom wrapping? I'd like to start out with small things:, shirts, stickers, corn hole boards, small landscape trailers and possibly move onward and upward. For instance which type vinyl machine or even program will be best for 3 or 4 layering or colors in a design? Thanks for the help or any advice. I appreciate it.

To any of the people on here who print wraps and/or large decals: when you do large scale gradients does everybody else get banding? We have a wrap we are doing now, that has a back ground image of green fading to white, and we have some banding in the print. its minor, but because it's a wrap you can see it if you're in the right light. we have installed wraps that other companies have printed and there's had banding as well, all be it minor, I'm just curious if this is typical of a large format printer or if there is something we can do to minimize it. We are using a Mutoh ValueJet 1324 with Genuine Mutoh Inks On 3M IJ180 v3 (controltac) with matching 3M gloss laminate.
