Up until last night my VinylMaster Cut was operating properly. But you would have thought I was working it hard and asking for the moon. It kept freezing and not responding. My PC required some updates a couple days ago and I was still operating fine. Hadn't turned it off since the updates. But now I can't do anything. I've shut it completely down and still freezing and hanging up and not responding. This PC was purchased specifically for my US Cutter machine. I don't use it for anything else. Any thoughts or ideas on what I can do to fix? Also, are there software updates for VinylMaster Cut? I Googled about it but wasn't finding much. TIA

Whenever I Send to Cutter, an error pops up saying "Nothing to cut" even though I Vectorize the imported images first. All support solutions I've found online say to vectorize the raster image first but, I am doing that first. I contacted US Cutter support and the representative took over control of my computer by remote access and she was unable to get it to work either. She said VinylMaster wasn't actually vectorizing the images. She was able to install and make Cuts A Lot 3 Pro demo software vectorize and cut. Ican't use the demo to cut my vinyl because it adds extra cut lines. I tried it with various raster file formats; .BMP, .JPG, .PNG & .TIF. Attached are all the files I tried. I have submitted a support ticket directly to http://www.future.support/index.php but they never responded. Any help from someone who has resolved this problem would be greatly appreciated as I have to have this and some much more complicated images cut and installed before this coming Sunday. Hi, I have a problem with Vinyl Spooler its not responding completely, when I click 'cut now' its says first its sending but about a seconds ago its says "waiting to send" and my cutter plotter suddenly not working. how can I solve that?

I'm new to using vinylmaster so still trying to figure it out. I am using it to work with text mainly. I'm trying to access the glyphs from open type fonts. Can you have 2 separate fonts in one text box? When trying to highlight one letter, it changes the entire box. Trying to determine if I should have upgraded to VM Letter instead of Cut?

Hi Everyone, I was wondering if it was possible or not recommended to cut with 2 programs. I was previously using Sign Blazer Elements, but bought a new cutter and now have VinylMaster Cut. I am not familiar with VinylMaster Cut and have all of my other files on SBE. Is there a way to cut from both programs without messing anything up?
