Up until last night my VinylMaster Cut was operating properly. But you would have thought I was working it hard and asking for the moon. It kept freezing and not responding. My PC required some updates a couple days ago and I was still operating fine. Hadn't turned it off since the updates. But now I can't do anything. I've shut it completely down and still freezing and hanging up and not responding. This PC was purchased specifically for my US Cutter machine. I don't use it for anything else. Any thoughts or ideas on what I can do to fix? Also, are there software updates for VinylMaster Cut? I Googled about it but wasn't finding much. TIA

Hi, I have a problem with Vinyl Spooler its not responding completely, when I click 'cut now' its says first its sending but about a seconds ago its says "waiting to send" and my cutter plotter suddenly not working. how can I solve that?

I am using SCAL4P on my PS with my US Cutter LaserII. The software locks up on every other cut forcing me to restart my PC. Will act like it is going to cut, but progress bar just sits and I have to cancel the job. Then stops responding completely. I can restart system, do one cut. If I try to start another cut, same thing happens and forces restart. It took me 4-5 hours to complete a 2 hour max job last night. I have also had problems with it stopping mid project- usually on a bigger, more intricate design. PC is running Windows 10- not sure if that is part of problem or not? Thanks in advance

Almost every time I use Sure cuts a lot pro it freezes up and does not respond. Is there something I can do to remedy this issue? THanks Mike

Hey guys, I've tried a couple of things but cannot seem to solve this issue. First of all, HP Pavillion Desktop computer running Windows 7 SignBlazer trial USB attached to cutter. We have had no problems with this cutter for a long time but all of a sudden, it just went nuts. Using signblazer, I typed a couple of names to cut, mirrored them and sent them through. It got through the first line and ran to the edge of the vinyl with a seemingly never-ending cut. I stopped it and re-tried but it did the same thing. The third time I tried, it started to make a diagonal line across my strip of already ruined vinyl and probably wouldn't have ended if I hadn't stopped it. We tried to use saved signblazer file we had and it seemed to cut that just fine... but when we tried the fonts again, it flipped out and did the same thing. The font we were using is Arial Black... a standard font. When we use our collegiate font, it seems to work okay again... I also noticed that when I slow the speed down, it doesn't care and continues to cut fast through the cuts. We would really like to get this fixed if you can help us at all! Thank you!!
