I have the FC 7000-mk2   but I can step you thru the menu  with my cutter.

    Hit MENU 1 time

    Hit NEXT 3 TIMES

Choose F2  SPEED   This is the Background settings.

And this is where it starts with LANGUAGE......when you get there.. USE your UP>DOWN arrow keys...and go thru the different languages.

@MZ SKEETER  any idea what would cause the graphtec to cut an image smaller than what was designed? My friend has a graphtec fc7000-75 with this issue.

I bought a 50w Chinese laser after doing much research. Having the height adjustment, bigger working area, better controller and just in general more features made me feel a lot better about it. I've added some upgrades that generally everyone recommends anyway and it's done well. I'm happy with it so far and will have some more mods going on to keep it going.

Have yet to make a sale off it but I bought it with the intention to learn about it and sell later as it becomes more natural. Same process I followed with getting into vinyl and HTV.

How is that laser cutter working so far? since its been awhile @Norbs

You definitely have something wacko and hopefully can get squared away. Once you are fixed up adjust your blade depth.  Like mentioned in an early answer your blade exposure is hurting my eyes. I realize to new people it seems like it shouldn't make a difference but it ABSOLUTELY DOES. Follow Skeeters directions and you can avoid a lot of future frustration due to improper blade depth.

Ya definitely sticking out to far ..

  5. Ok thank you very much. i just assumed or thought that i should be using RGB or cmyk mode since i seen it and didnt know what i should be making it in,But RGB sounds about right since these printers are not cmyk..  Hopefully someone will chime in..   So you use CMYK on your 7610 or do you have a different printer i dont know about lol..sneaky sneaky.

Any help @Dakotagrafx lol.... The great printer god lol

  6. If i may ask here , When you are designing anything in Ai CC what are the steps that you take , like what settings are you needing to make the document color mode ( CMYK or RGB)  or document raster settings if i even mess with that and what im supposed to make sure certain settings need to be for when i print,I tried looking on youtube but i might be wording it wrong on what i need .I just want to make sure im setting things up correctly and exporting or printing settings for printing etc .. Thank you .Im willing to send you some bucks for your big help as well...
