One thing to remember bout doing a union, letters like "a" and "o" that have a center cut, remove the inner circles or you'll get a solid letter. Add it back in after performing and group.

That particular 8130 was setup for speed pulls. Take a factory 8130 designed for field work and it'll be totally different.

Amazon.com has a couple now. A 24X16 that is $330 (over $900 off), and a 5 in 1 for $460 (over $1,000 off). I thought about getiing the 5 in 1. Still debating..

Who's gonna be the first reporter to walk up to Saban and say, "Hey coach, you got a second?"

My Pricing Calculator
GraphxNMore replied to huntrjo's topic in Business Practices, Sales and Pricing, etc.
I've modified it to include design hours and taxes. I plan on using it as a quote sheet. I have a friend that is doing some heat press work, and is picking up quiet a bit of business. I want to add a section for it but have no idea how to price it. I plan on starting a base price for 1, then have a box that I can have a deduction based on how many a customer would want; for instance a 3% discount for 11-20 items, 5% for more than 20 items (or what is reasonable). What are normal rates for labor, and at what point would discounts be recommended?- 39 replies

I have a neoprene poker hoody that stretches onto your dining table. It's 3mm or 3.5mm thick. Has anyone ever done heat transfer onto this material? I was wondering if the heat might damage the material. I also wonder about the process of transferring it, would a regular iron work? The hoody is so bulky it would be hard to get it in a typical press.

I have an SC cutter for stencils. Been using a homemade cabinet with a portable blaster from Harbor Freight, but am about to buy the big cabinet from them as soon as I get my new shop built. I used to use acid all the time, but blasting is so much easier and more enjoyable.

Not sure how the thieving is where everyone else is, but the crack head thieves in NE Ark are crippling the honest person in here. Cops won't do crap about it either. Will post the eps if anyone wants it.

I need this with just the darth vader helmet on it. Don't need the mask or breathing apparatus. Also need the tusks white. Will pay. Just don't have time right now, busy farming. I'm gonna print a few, as well as use it as a jpg. Thanks in advance!

Thanks guys.Skarekrow, you nailed it. Now for the significance. For those that aren't aware with the history of Arkansas Razorback football, we had a useless pos coach named Houston Dale Nutt. Halfway through his 10 year tenure there was a growing faction that wanted him gone. These were called the darksiders. The others in the fan base that wanted to keep him were known as huggers. We had/still have DarkSider/Hugger wars. Well, the wars are starting back up with our current athletic director and his poor choice for a head coach. So far, form what I can tell is I'm the most outspoken DarkSider.

Anyone have a way to do this? I'e tried several different ways, but can't get it to where it inserts the graphic as well as a white background. Is there a way to insert an outline and fill the color in? I'm trying to put my business logo on invoices. price farms.svg

No time. I farm for a living. This is a hobby. LOL

Yeah, but customers need to understand that script fonts can be difficult sometimes. The back side windows are hard to make out, I see septic and residential inspections. But they're always right. LOL

My buddy is running in a marathon this weekend. He wants a shirt made that on the front says: "I may be walking" and the back: "but I'm still running better than the government". It'll be my first should I attempt it.

Sounds like it's layered.

I live in Arkansas, about an hour south of the line. We get cold....(have seen single digits, but 20's is the normal lows and then back to 40's). Occassional snows, but lots of rain followed by freezing temps which absolutely sucks. The lower line of counties and north get the nice winter weather.

I had a pt709 Taurus that was absolutely awesomr for concealment, but I think the magazine was not milled correctly and would cause the next round to jam and prevent the spent round from ejecting completely. They wouldn't do anything about it, so I sold it. Gonna get an LC9 Ruger.
