I've done it too OW accidentally dropping my knife or other pointy object on a print. Theyre actually pretty easy to damage until the are pressed.

Friday night I decided to do print and cut on the Graphtec well after 2 tries the third one was a success. First one I didn't notice the printer didn't print well, second I put the image on the carrier sheet the wrong way and the 3rd was a success. Till I scratched the ink off accidentally however I still pressed it and wore it. I think it looks good for my first real successful print and cut on the new machine.

In scalp just go to your layers name to the bottom right and click the arrow pointing to the G and click that. you will see the axes in there own layer and click the eye to turn them off. then cut away. also you might want to merge the axes as there is a double cut in them there not solid.

I have gotten in the habit of saving HTV jobs already mirrored. I just finish everything so it's ready to cut then select and flip it before saving. Has saved me many many times from accidental mistakes. You always notice when you look at anything with text that it's backwards and you go..oh yeah.

I've seen an add for the digital pen... Let us know how that works out. The Tablet has a place in Graphics work but, like many things, there's a learning curve. I don't know that it would be very helpful without artistic abilities. This is more like what I've got my eye on, goose. Just looking to justify the cost.
