Maybe try slowing it down to around 20 and lowering pressure to around 60, see if that helps...

and both of those require a tax license so . . . . good reason to get one and go legit

Yup, that's the entire basic group. I do have a suggestion, however, which will assist you tremendously with little 'accent' stuff that you can cut (animals, zodiac, scrolls, shapes, etc.) --- Download and install SignBlazerElements and there's a standard Library in there of cool stuff. OK, that SBD file is nasty. I believe your problem can be resolved by cleaning it up and adding nodes where NONE currently exist. See my screen shot of the grey swoosh -- it doesn't actually HAVE a node at the end point. Something like that will cause your cutter to choke. Additionally, there are several other areas of this design which have overlapping cut lines (the nodes are set wrong, and the line crosses over itself and that will cause problems). In my view, it's strictly your file at fault here.
