Some advice needed on a second cutter

I have a MH series cutter and love it. I use both the sign blazer an scalp programs for different items. Thing is, I have a chance to buy a Rolland PC600 24" for $400.00. I need some feedback on this machine please. I was told its a cutter/plotter. The guy made 2 cuts with it and never attempted to print with it. Can you print and apply vinyl for outside applications?

If it's what I'm thinking it is they are very outdated, expensive to print with and hard to get consumables for but using it strictly as a cutter it's leaps and bounds above where you're at now.

also the print heads that usually need replaced are no longer available - as a cutter I would think it would be ok though

Search youtube for cafepress they use a lot of Roland's pretty interesting.

I think it's even getting hard to find the ribbons for that model. I looked at 1 last spring to replace my chinese cutter but ended up buying a cutter from Dakota instead.
