RPM Graphics 6 Posted November 15, 2010 shirts are 100% polyester, so no shrinkage there. Vinyl is Eco-Film. Black is laid down with 1 second 'quick press' time. Then white is laid for the full 15 seconds. That time will seal both layers adequately. Results in minimal shrinkage of black during application. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
