But it has also shown my 2 boxes of vinyl and supplies sitting in Portland Oregon since the 24th. It's early so we shall see if it gets here Today as it's supposed to. USC placed 3 15 inch rolls drop shipped from Oracal and I got those Days ago by UPS from Oracal. usc must not have had those 3 colors. < Fingers crossed my materials and supplies get here after 8 days waiting. I am kinda doubting it will get here Today as it was scheduled. fedex Still says "On Schedule" for delivery Today. And also still shows it as in transit, in PORTLAND OR. So I guess we go on 9 friggin days WAITING on a usc vinyl order. I placed my order with SignWarehouse this afternoon for the Oracal 44 roll vinyl floor stand and another item and already got 3 emails from them about my order with a contact person Misty Flowers (bet she was teased about her name as a kid) And received my UPS Tracking numbers. Also, I have had packages on my fron porch from FedEx that tracking still showed in Nashville. More than once. I don't trust FedEx tracking. Period. They don't always scan when they should. I also ordered vinyl the same time and haven't even got a tracking number or email confirmation. I guess its coming?!? Paypal says that payment was made. Also after several attempts to put in a ticket through their help support system, they haven't returned my emails. I don't have time to call during the day. American And Proud 2 Posted October 30, 2009 Fedex has Finally updated my shipment tracking this evening. They now changed the delivery date too- Oct. 30th from Today the 29th. And updated its arrival to Chicago at 7:52PM Oct. 29th. How nice when you sit around all friggin day waiting on a Scheduled delivery because 1)you don't want to miss it, and they may leave it or take it back for delivery another day after waiting 8 days to get it 2)you don't want 2 big boxes worth $660.00 sitting out by the front door risking someone coming by and stealing it 3) you don't want it sitting outside at the front door getting rained on all day and destroyed. American And Proud 2 Posted October 30, 2009 OK fedex pulls up to the house, it's pouring down rain like crazy, 2 guys on the truck , one guy jumps out of the truck with a box over his shoulder and Darts across the lawn and drops the box at the front door, (I am watching because I am soaked after just unclogging the front gutter and just walked in the door myself) I open the storm door grab that box and slide it into the living room, turn around to see the fedex truck pulling away, I KNOW I have 2 boxes coming and RUN out the door after them yelling HEY WAIT!, the driver stops and says "what?" I said I am supposed to get another BIG box delivered by you today that both were due yesterday. He starts lookin around the truck (pretty empty truck) and finds the second box about Twice the size as the one they dropped and ran. So I had the guy carry it back to my door and set it inside. Glad I actually caught them delivering or the big box would have gone back and likely lost knowing fedex. (it just sucks that it takes that Long) But if your doing a job and gotta have it Now, that will never cut it, you'll lose customers, most are always in a Rush and will go elsewhere when you tell them, I need to order that color, I'll have it in a week, maybe two.
