She has moderator experience and is our first female moderator! CutMe - We all know CutMe ... The name speaks to the experience CutMe possesses! BannerJohn is going to give them the run down of things and I am sure you will see them active almost immediately. You just have to activity scan the sub-forums for spammers, p0rn, and internet fights. Instead of all 3 of ya'll just roaming the forums, I'd suggest that a section of sub-forums be assigned to each moderator to scan with a fine teeth comb every few days(this was something I was going to suggest back when I was a moderator, but then David left and screwed my master plan to take over the forum ). Instantly, you will notice a increase in the PM's you receive. I went from 2 or 3 a day, to typically 10 or more a day. Do this place & all the members a favor, and watch the graphic request sub-forums closely... sooner or later that section is really going to get this place in a bind.
