I am in Virginia ( between Richmond Virginia and Raleigh NC ) We have not had any snow at all this year but OMG it's flippin COLD!!! It is almost 10am and the temp is 7 degree's ( with the wind chill factor) This is NOT the norm for this area! So, how cold is it where you are??? Renee....trying to stay warm!!
