CT 630, won't cut, says "Working Laser"
John Malone posted a topic in Creation PCUT Cutting Plotter Support Requests
Hi, new to Pcut/Creation CT 630 cutters. (I've got a Roland but it died last week!) I've installed the drivers in Windows 7 in accordance with the instructions on the USCutter site. When I send a print job (from SignLab 9.1) the cutter only responds by displaying "Working Laser" nothing else happens. I can only clear that message by turning off the power or pressing the red emergency button. Can anybody suggest anything, please? Cheers- 1 reply

Hello All, I have been cutting for quite some time now, but have ran into a sort of dilemma. I have a ProCut CR 1200. I was using CorelDraw X3, until it decided to crash on me. Was using it for years, and all of sudden it decided to just kill itself. I purchased CorelDraw x7 and now need to marry it my plotter. I see that the CR 1200 driver is available for download, but cannot find the plug-in for X7 anywhere. Is anybody able to assist in helping find where i can get the plug-in, or if i even need one at all?

Copam 2500 connect to Windows 7 Pro
howardbing posted a topic in Copam Cutting Plotter Support Requests
Newbie, Just purchased a Copam 2500 to use with a Windows 7 Pro 64-bit PC. Installed all the software from the CD correctly using the USB cable. Even though we are going from USB port on Compam to the USB port on the PC, it installs a usb to serial driver. The driver says it installs correctly and assigns a com port - 3. When we open Sure Cuts A Lot Pro - updated and activated from the website - it doesn't recognize the device. If we go to menu item Cutter then Cut with USCutter , select the correct port and model (Copam) then click Test Connection - nothing happens. Verified the virtual com port settings are correct and tried multiple USB ports - same issue. Anyone else having issues connecting this unit to Windows 7 64-bit? thanks -
I have flexi 8.1 with a liyu cutter and cannon printer. Running windows 7 64bit to get working i am running it in xp compatible mode. I import a bitmap, transparent, then contour cut to select the outline i want. Send to printer it prints with registration marks. It then sends to cutter when i set up the optical eye on the marks it starts to cut. BUT doesn't cut round the image it is like an inch of, how do i get it to cut accurately
