Save the artwork as .ai in Illustrator and then click the File (menu) > Import > File in VinylMaster and select the saved file.

There is cumulative update being put together for USCutter which will be automated so long as you are on the Internet. There is also an auto-update for Xpt that will be released later in the year. However, you must have a 2015 build or more recent for this to be fully automated. Many 2014 builds and earlier do not automatically-update, these are semi-automated. See the Help (menu) > About to see which build date you have. If 2014 or earlier, please lodge a ticket with your PSN and if there is an update for your software it will be sent to you.

If you have Pro you can use Step & Repeat or Tile Array to have infinite control on spacing across the horizontal and vertical axis. However, if you wish to adjust the spacing after sending a multiple of a single object you can set Tight Packing on or off from the Settings (menu) in the Vinyl Spooler.

If you can export in AI V8 this will resolve that issue.

Can you explain what you are trying to do with an example and which level of the software you have because Tile Array is only in Ltr and above and cutting tiles only in Pro and Xpt.

OEM is currently undergoing a series of tests before being updated.

Upload the artwork to support so they can see what you are trying to do. If they are separate Power Clips you can save them as .vLogos (one at a time) or copy and paste each to a new document and save it off...

The artwork is all saved when you save the document. You can also copy and paste these into another document and save as well. To learn more about Power Clips and how they work click on the Help (menu) > Help Topics > Color and Fills > Power Clips

You can set the number (qty.) when you send the artwork to the Cutter - see Quantity in line with Job name.
