If you dont care about alignment etc . Once you combine it , it is locked which can also be done by " grouping " . If you don't do 1 or the other , it will not stay aligned when uaing the align to tool as in getting ready to cut it on the edge of the vinyl ( bottom left ) instead of in the middle of the workspace .
-
Use the " combine " feature .

SCALPro has only been out several months . Before that SCAL has been out a long time . All of that software does not expire & all the updates are free ... even when junping up into another version ( 2 , 3 etc ) . Used is another " technical " question . The license is not tranferable according to the terms , so legally it is worthless . In actuality , iIf it has been removed from the computers it was installed on , it can be registered on another computer no matter for who as long as the registration info is available ( name registered to & serial number ) . SCALPro allows for 2 computers to have it , If it has not been deleted from the computers, it will not be any good until 1 has been deleted .

The person is using a welding helmet to cut with the torches , but not welding . All in good fun . To the OP , tghs forum isnt compiled of snarky grammer cops , so don't take offense

This is a picture of somebody using a cutting torch ... the opposite of welding ....

Off-Roading ... Did not catch that the 1rst read . Whatcha driving ??

I understand that . I usually ask before doing anything . Most people with unusual stuff know it attracks attention & enjoy others admiring what they have . When the mini horses & mini donkeys have babys at my farm , it causes a road block sometimes . If I ever get to move to the farm , i will get me a buffalo . Hopefully a baby that I can tame as much as possible . If it doesn't tame up enough , I'll put it in the freezer & try again .

Looking For Caterpillar Name for Loader

That is typical country kids imo . Anytime youngins get together anywhere , they show off & do crazier & crazier things . Same things go on over in the Eastern shore of Md where kids can get away from being watched . When I was a kid , I could get away with many things around here , but with all the houses being built & about a zillion more cops cruising around , not much " wild life " antics from the young crowd . Funny thing about the demeaning stuff aimed at West Virginia is so many of them are completely wrong . Most people think Deliverance was a WV based movie ... it was filmed in Georgia . Carbon monoxide posioning gets many people who don't think about it or have not experienced the danger . I remember reading of homeless people dieing from that ... using canned heat to keep warm . Drunk & stuck in the mud , they may have not even had the truck running until somebody woke up cold . -

I agree 100 % !!! I am familiar with Manchin . Seems to be realistic . Recently he was VERY against that WV reality Tv show ( cant remember name .. something wild , maby Buck Wild ?? ) . Now that the guy passed it was not renewed . -
Best to buy a older Windows computer & dedicate it to your cutter imo . Easy to find complete set-ups for $50 ... many times free . I thought EdgeCraft was going to be very active with SCALPro , but seems that fizzled out . If they added the features SB has , it would be a very nice affordable software . I am still hoping for the evolved SB to be released ... if it gets the weed line options SCALPro has ,it would be even more awesome !!! There was a farm that had a huge herd of bison close to Clarksburg WV . They had a " white " buffalo 1 year . It was actually much more cream colored . Some native Indian group actually sued the place , demanding to be given the buffalo because it " was their's " because of their religious beliefs . They did not win .
-
I have always liked the way they look and act . My dad's cousin had some Beefalos in Pa . He has a female that was very close to full bred buffalo & it was as tame as a kitten . I tried to buy her when we bought the farm in WV . He wanted WAY more than i could afford/justify . I forget what I offered . He took her to the local auction here she brought 1/2 of what I had offered . I would have at least let the person who wanted it know , that way more bidders at the auction . He would have gotten much more than what he did & I would have marked something else off of the " bucket list " . They are hard to keep fenced in because their eyesight is poor .... they go opposite direction from anything that startles them . That may be a fence , a person or whatever is in the way . Pretty big animal .

I assumed it was for Cat . Cat has closed some branchs up around here . I am between Baltimore & Washington DC . All the other recessions did not hit near as hard as whatever you call this mess . This area is usually not effected as much as other parts of the country . People older than me have said they have NEVER seen it this bad . ABOLISH the parties & mayby the government will try to fix the country instead of fighting each other . -
Thanks again PShawny !!! If you ever decidse to use SCALPro , let me know & i'll send it back or at least send the 1 copy info . I agree , SignBlazer does great . IF it had support , it would be even better . As long as it has been unsupported, it still does good . The newer EPS files won't work with it & sooner or later the new computers & operating systems wont work with it . PLENTY of old computers around though . The guy is Austrailia has been working on the evolved SB software . He was hit by the floods last year . I am guessing it might be a money issue that is keeping it unpublished . They sent me a copy .. now called ExpressCut & it was close to elements with some hot shot/pro features . It was only a short time trial & I didn't get to use it as much as i wanted . The evolved software was offered to USC , but they said it was not much better than elements . What the people working on it told me .. it was more of a posturing position in their opinion . According to the developers , USC was paying Jerry / Color Chrome First around $6 for each copy packaged with a cutter . The new owners were not going to go for that . They told me they were gonna offer it to other cutter companies . I think that might be the reason EdgeCraft has not been on here supporting SCALPro . Not enough money to justify the cost mayby . SignBlazer was Jerry's " baby " & he was top of the line with support on here . BannerJohn had many conversations with Jerry & has posted some of the subjects . It would have been hard to beat if Jerry had not passed . Now , if SCALPro & SB could be joined .. a great software . The weed lines in SCALPro is worth the cost alone imo . Very easy vectorizing/tracing & like all softwares , some features better than the rest . p.s. I would love to have a baby buffalo , there are alot of those where you are at ??

That is a nice looking job !!! Bet you did not have to worry about copyright issues . It is against forum policies to post copyrighted stuff , so it would be best to private message those ... -
SCALPro is a great cutting software . Does basic designs , but InkScape and SignBlazer are much better there . I asked PShawny how much for the software . No charge , not even allowing me to pay for the shipping . I gave a member here 1 copy . That member has been a great help for a long time & having SCALPro available to him benifits anybody wanting help with SCALPro . He has not told me what he thinks of SCALPro yet & that makes me wonder . Everybody decides for themselves . Jay-Walking is illegal also , but not many cases show up in court . Selling a licensed product would be a civil issue imo , not criminal like jay-walking etc . Intent is hard to state legally . I don't think EdgeCraft would have a problem with anybody selling a copy of SCALPro that came with a cutter they bought .

Hey C-J , Keep in mind any advice here won't help a bit if any legal issues come up . Even if a lawyer tells you it is ok , it is worth the same . I can't imagine that decal/saying being a issue with anybody , but the font might make it an issue . With the way Laura was set up . I would rather be safe than sorry . An old adage comes to mind " fools rush in where wise men dare to tread " . Ask about changing the font & go by the reaction .

It takes a RedNeck to appreciate the difference & humor in that difference . I say thanks when someone calls me a " RedNeck " or a " Hillbilly " . If I was called that in a demeaning way by friends .. I say " You said that like that is a bad thing ?? " .

That is a cool perspective . Like you say , not actually being in on the call eliminates everybody but you & the USC tech from giving an un-biased opinion . Sometimes emotions and moods take a conversation off course , especially on some days . -
Hi Bear .... I was wondering when you were gonna come out of hibernation ...

I read what the USC Support typed several times & did not find where any " attidtude adjustment " was talked/typed about .... let alone him deciding that your's needed adjustment . Sometimes we all won't/don't accept the correct answer to our question . I understand that from both sides standpoint in my own experiences . I have told some people if they want me to answer to what I consider correct , I will .. If they want me to say what they want to hear .. I would like to , but can't be incorrect just to console somebody . 1 thing I know is if you are speaking of SignBlazer ( previous software ) , it won't accept newer EPS files & is getting more quirky as time goes on . SCALPro is not getting much attention from EdgeCraft on this forum ( quite unlike when SignBlazer became USC's packaged software ) . If SignBlazer does not do it for you , I suggest using InkScape & importing into SCALPro for cutting . -
Nice decal & funny ... BUT you must be a " city " RedNeck as a real RedNeck would let the ponys , goats etc eat the grass & drink a beer while watching them do it

I remember coming down RT 79 near Fairmont last time the cicadas were here . I was driving a 18 wheeler and had my wife with me. At times I could not see out of the windshield because of squarms . I had major amounts of bugguts to scrape off . I especially remember the deafining noise . They were bad in Maryland , but not as many as in West Virginia .
