is your file supposed to have the extra object on the sun? Look at your file at the lower left side,on the sun. there is an extra object there. That doesn't look like it belongs there.

turn weedlines off in Signcut... Did you look at that .eps file? The Big sun doesn't look right...

when you are saving your Corel files, are you saving them as a version 8 .eps..? Signblazer is not updated software. needs older format... People using newer Illustrator also have to save back to a version 8.eps Owner passed away several years ago, and this Signblazer is older software.

Here was thir answer: "Please do a manual export from corel as an ai file compatible with ver 3 (they mean Adoble Illustrator 3.x, see link below for screenshot) and the options selected as in the attached image to set your corel defaults. Then try sending to Signcut again. well, if you have replaced parts.. then put a ticket in and contact support. or call them next week, I think that would be the best bet...

LOL... maybe it's because your not supposed to be cutting a copyrighted image..it's trying to protect you...... anyway. I didn't see anything wrong with the image, try it with the weeding lines turned off. Those weeding lines take up memory.. Is your cutter grounded to the stand? if you have a stand... Have you tried Signcut??

for using Graphtec Cutting Master2, install plugins for Illustrator or Corel. , vinyl cutter must be on GP-GL mode. For Signblazer set it on HP-GL mode and use Graphtec 50. hope that helps User manual is your friend.

adjust your blade offset.. also make sure blade is barely sticking out of blade holder, take holder out of machine, firmly in your hand cut across a piece of scrap vinyl, should only cut the vinyl and no mark in wax paper backing, put back in machine and use the machine's force to get the same results.
