While your effort here is to be applauded, perhaps a more localized job search would be more appropriate? Have you tried listing your "Resume" on craigslist? What about contacting sign shops directly within the area you're moving to? (Google search) Is there any possibility of just setting yourself up in business? (That's what I did)

I'd be at $4 each. (8" x1") My family and friends get regular pricing. They know I do this to pay my bills, same as everyone, so there is no point for them to cause me to take a hit on any profits.

Last night a guy put his MH871 onto craigslist, asking $75. Pa-Pow! He also put a few rolls of white 15" into the deal for real cheap, and an app-tape roller unit. The kid who owned it was really sad to see it go, but he's moving back to VietNam and can't take it with him. Honestly, I do not NEED an extra cutter, but c'mon, for that price it was too good to pass up.

The 2100 series machines can still be found in working condition...but they're going on 12+ yrs old now, and when they die, they're truly dead. There are no parts for them. But, that being said, if you have it running, you're doing fine for fitty ducks.

I dunno, the green seems too dull/dark, not like the fluorescent bright green of their brand. I'm just curious, why would you waste that hemmed & grommeted banner on this 'sample' instead of doing a job with it for a client and making $$?

What do you mean "things don't look right"? Print materials should be composed in a program like Adobe inDesign, which is suited for desktop publishing. I have done flyers that look excellent in SIgnBlazer, which has a nice PRINT manipulation feature, allowing you to size the output to fit your paper.

I would like to see red/blue on those B/W recycling signs. Give 'em some color & consistency to that Pepsi brand. Kinda odd choices of fonts, but that's just my personal opinion. Hey, it's readable, so it works.
