Another truck graphic from Moody...go figure First time I have messed around with wrapping a cut graphic. Avery SW900 Matte Black....will never use any other material for vehicles after the ease of working with this. I have used it for solid wraps before but combined with R-Tape this was the easiest install I have done...even easier than my standard 4x4 decals with 751.Thicker material needs higher cut pressure but this would not have been possible to wrap around the bed using the 751 I would have normally cut this from...plus the air-release grid makes application a breeze and no need for a wet install. Applied both rear graphics, side sponsors (also cut from the Avery), trimmed, and post heated within an hour. I think there was more back and forth discussion on the design than actual production and application time.

Take a picture of their storefront and create a mockup to show them. Pictures speak louder than words.

Ordered a 34" SC on Monday and received it today. 2 random bolts inside the plastic cover on the serial hook up side and one in the box. It moves and completes the test function so... Couple years ago I built a plasma cnc table and wanted to just make some decals for myself and friends. Not looking to recoup money or anything. Might use it in conjunction with powder coating though.

Hate to say it but I bought my cutter, and press from sign warehouse and I get better help on this forum than Sign warehouse.

Consider it a blessing in disguise. Save up for a good vinyl cutter like a Graphtec or Roland. You will be glad you did.

QUOTE> "I sell my cutter today... Now i'm left without a cutter." Did you sell your only cutter before securing a replacement? If so, not a move I would have made.... jumped the gun a bit I'd say.

Don hate to see you go but those are some pretty generic terms - "for a while" "just a while back" - best of luck with the tech support over there, we'll leave the light on for ya in the forum

Actually weeding it might not be so bad as mentioned by jaybird below. I'll try that first, but I could also try the other suggestions mentioned. Thanks. I'll check, but I don't think it's a problem. Thanks and bummer. jk I'll definitely try it. Thanks. Thanks. I've actually wanted to wrap some my FJ in a Swedish camo design. Maybe one day.

Hi all I'm a newbie to t-shirt transfers and vinyl cutting. I'm in the research phase and determining my equipment needs, but I wanted to share a design I did recently. It'll be one of the first designs I'll be selling. Thanks for the feedback.

Buy a license for Sign Cut Pro and get the Illustrator Plug-In. I design in Illustrator CC and get it cut ready...then file>send to sign cut and boom its cutting all from my iMac running El Capitan OS X 10.11.2. I typically don't do anything in Sign Cut except cut. Being a graphic artist I prefer doing everything...layout, tiling, registration marks...in Illustrator prior to sending to Sign Cut.

I finally got my cutter to work in Windows 10 - The problem was the cable. Copam CP series uses a straight serial cable, and not a Null-modem cable as other cutters. UScutter adviced me to buy a Keyspan USB-Serial device, and it works flawless! Now I just needs to figure out how to cut directly from Illustrator, so my workflow will be cut down to a minimum.

You need to peel the application tape off at 180° angle. You will be peeling it back onto itself. To clarify the nonsticky side will be touching the nonsticky side as you peel. If you pull it outward the hightack tape can pull up the lowtack 631 vinyl. If you still have problems then it could be the paint or surface prep. I recommend cleaning the wall with a soft dry cloth first. You just need to remove dirt and oils. If the walls are sticky you probably have cigarette smoke buildup and will need to use an appropriate cleaner and allow to dry throughly. Don't install on freshly painted surfaces.
