    Also make 100% certain you are cutting the correct file and not the old one over and over. As it looks like a trace of low quality artwork that is being cut out. Also, try cutting a square shape and see how that comes out.

    If that B is perfectly straight lines in the software then there is an issue with the cutter itself as the commands sent to the cutter will be telling the cutter to go from point X to point Y and nothing in between as shown in the photos.

    That looks like a trace of a bitmap without any clean up. Using text will be razor sharp - unless the font has been designed to look like this. The shape could also be made with the Polyline tool (red pencil icon) on left side.

    Help, multiple computers

    You can install the software onto as many computers as you like and then design your work and save it off. However, if you want to output from a particular computer then it needs to be Activated and you get one Activation per license. Note: You can always Deactivate a computer and Activate another as many times as you like.

    Unless you have set a different install path (destination folder) than standard there isn't much that you can screw up. Run the downloaded installation file, which you can access from here: http://fcws1.com/usc.htm

    To add fonts to the Favorites list you must have VinylMaster Pro or above. It is done in the Font Manager.

    Use Cut Documents and Tiling. Click the Help (menu) > Help Topics in the software to bring up the manual. From the Keyword search type Tile and click Overwide/Overlong Cutfiles (Tile Overlap)

    V2.50 was for Windows 98, Me, 2000 and worked on XP SP1 only.

    Check Separate by Color under the General Options in Send to be Cut after you click Send to Cutter

    Arc text is only available in VinylMaster LTR and above. If you have CUT it will not have Arc text, if however, you do have LTR or above please lodge a ticket with support so a tech can take a look at the issue: Future Support

    Yes so long as they are the same version i.e. any V4 file will open in any level of V4. However a V4 file will not open in V1, 2 or 3 as the V4 file has elements which are unrecognized by the earlier versions.

    This looks like the same artwork (graphic) but in different colors, and not separate parts of some multi-color artwork. Also, when you refer to an image this means: bitmap, picture, scan or photograph. So please refer to vectors as either curves, paths or vector artwork so we know which you mean
