2 pointsAnd just a point of clarification, die cutting is done with custom made dies which are stamped onto the media and cut it, kind of like a cookie cutter cutting through dough.

1 pointThey are a very busy company, people calling in all the time. When one gets off there is another in line. Tech support and sales is not a 1 minute phone call.

1 pointI heard back from Vinyl Master's support, and apparently upon installing the software it asks if you would like the thumbnail previewer to be installed. I reinstalled it, and had the issue resolved. When I say I made a backup I made a copy of my files on separate SSD to have a backup prior to uninstalling, and reinstalling Vinyl Master Expert do to some cutter issues I was having. Thank you,

1 pointThanks everyone. After all the searching for the font my customer deceided to go with a different font and he sent it to me. Gotta love'em.
