Don't forget to MIRROR-MIRROR-MIRROR your graphics!!! Nothing worse than holding up your freshly cut & weeded design and realizing it is backwards! HTV is fun but a few more steps than regular vinyl...time intense but fun. Sue2

@JLS Design ..Im not sure if they fixed the ( check for latest update ) in scalps or not,. even tho it says you have the latest you still may not without actually manually doing it. So Check with what version you have first in your SCALPS ,then go to craftedge.com and click on downloads then check the latest version thats out and go from there. Even if you have the latest ,you can still re download the file to make sure yours didnt miss anything during last install you did. ,

Many cutters will run on the same drivers...Even a Graphtec will run on a Copam in Signblazer...As well as the Titans will run on the Copam in Signblazer. And the Roland PNC1000 is a generic driver that will run many different cutters. It is a go to driver, when an OP can't find their old driver...

I have the 28. Kind of a funny story. Due to me being brand new to this, once I got the correct blade holder for the SC, I must have gotten really lucky, because it did a great job with very little tinkering on blade depth and pressure and such. The titan2 came in, and at first I thought it didn't cut nearly as well...but after quite a bit of fiddling it does a great job. Either the Titan2 is more finicky than the SC or like I said I got really lucky with the SC. I found on the titan, the tiniest adjustment on blade depth, (I mean barely moving it) made quite a bit of difference, and a little adjustment on pressure (the SC didn't seem to make much difference) I got it dialed in. Sometimes the adjustments seem counter intuitive, some a's and s's (with this particular font) were pulling off, so I thought it wasn't cutting, and applied more pressure, and it didn't help. Dialed the pressure back and it got better...so I kept lowering it until it seems about perfect now.

Yes, this is a correct assumption; however we have a love for all brands (he says as long as it has an engine and wheels he loves it). Husband has a 91 YJ he has built. As well, we currently have 2 CJ2As (actually one complete 46 and one 48 tub) in the backyard, a 2011 grand as the daily, and his truck and trailer. Of course he mentioned another one to me on Friday that he is contemplating. (I think he has a problem, he states it is not a problem, though we are running out of space). I could easily see how we could get hooked on this as well. We went to work on a friend's Samurai last night and had a couple of the guys ask for decals, for a machine we don't currently have in our possession. I told them they need to be patient as we don't have it yet. They might be just as excited as we are.

Ha, after a couple of newbie to htv mistakes, then the mistake when switching back to cutting reg vinyl I hoped mayb this would help. Haven't cut any htv since. But I can say I like cutting htv, and just like the name. I think the siser is easy to weed. Even easier if u have cut it the right way. Lol
