$9.99 shipping option applies to orders under 9 lbs. UPS Surepost is the shipping method which is a UPS pickup of your order from USCutter and delivery to the local US Post Office in your area. Final delivery will be made by the United States Post Office. Though not guaranteed, delivery is usually one day longer than UPS Ground service for your area. UPS Surepost is not available for orders over 9 lbs as our UPS Ground Rates become more competitive.

  • Orders that weigh 9 lbs or more.

$11.99 UPS Ground Shipping

Most orders ship UPS Ground. Orders shipped from our Memphis, TN warehouse usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days depending on their proximity to Memphis. For example, most of the Midwest, South, and East are within the 2 day shipping range.

Orders shipped from our Seattle warehouse reach most of our Western customers within 2 to 3 days, including 2 days to Northern California. If you need your order sooner, select UPS's expedited shipping at check out.

Orders placed by 4:30 p.m. Central Standard Time ship the same day. For instance, if a customer in Florida places an order on a Thursday at 1:00 pm CST, that order will ship that day and arrive the following Monday. 2nd day service does not count the day it ships, nor does it include weekends, as these are not business days. Tracking numbers for all orders are emailed to the customer's email upon shipment.

There are cases where we ship certain items Unites States Priority Mail if they are small, lightweight, and the service level is equivalent to UPS. There are also certain cases involving oversized equipment where our flat rate does not apply and we have to ship via common carrier.

I found out the hard way on Friday......

I was still happy to pay $11.99 shipping for (1) 30" x 50 yd  (1) 24" x 50 yd.  and (2)  15" x 50 Yd.

Free Shipping on orders over $199.00 sounds great, but I just went onto the USCUTTER website and tried to calculate the weight & shipping for 2 rolls of 24" x 150' and the 'Shipping Calculator' (blue text link in the checkout cart) fails to work.

Still a great shipping charge for small operators..a lot don’t order enough for the free shipping at one time. Pioneer sign supply has been bought out by grimco and have halted deliveries to or neck of the woods by company trucks now only by freight,ups etc so more of my business will go to our local supplier Mumpower signs in Bristol Va. a short drive from my Southern West Virginia base or they still deliver here. But us cutter still beats almost everyone on vinyl so the slight up charge in delivery is negligible.
