Awesome Creations 0 Posted August 28, 2015 When I cut a design the software is sending the image extremely fast to the cutter. The cutter begins to cut the freezes up, like it is waiting on the program to send more information. I'm not sure how to correct this problem. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Wildgoose 4,200 Posted August 28, 2015 That same experience can happen from static too. Many of the low end cutters are extra sensitive to it. Hold your arm over the top or slightly behind the cutter to see if you can feel static. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
