303DC 0 Posted April 22, 2015 Anyone have any ideas on why this would happen? I've restarted the machine, rebooted my computer, tried rotating the file in different directions, and this keeps happening. I'm completely stumped. (Blurred customer's phone number for obvious reasons) USCutter MH1351-MK2, SCAL 3 Pro, Win7 Thanks in advance!
Jburns 239 Posted April 22, 2015 Are you on USB? If so, the MH series can be erratic-- also check that you have a simple grounding cable from the cutter to the frame. I used to us a Tripplite keypsan adaptor for a similar cutter with better results.
MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted April 22, 2015 +1 The value cutters communicate better on a serial cable, serial card or Tripplite Keyspan Adaper, That is the brand name.. USB on value cutters are not true USB... and are glitchy... And if you have not done so, the baud rate is 4800 on the MH cutters according to UScutter instructions.
