djque 246 Posted January 20, 2015 got screens, t-shirts and ink and the person wants to change the date on the back and we say ok. then she calls 1hr ago and said she wants to cancel the whole order but wants to us the money towards the next job that she has with us (2 jobs) I told my partner to dont use his money and wait till she pays but she paid with a check that cleared today. so she said I will take the blank shirts and screens. this just pisses you off to the fullest. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Sue2 920 Posted January 21, 2015 It's your call as to whether this customer is worth keeping. BUT you do have costs already involved so... Charge her for your time & screen creation. Plus shipping & a restocking fee (10-15%) for the shirts & ink... if you can return them. If she wants the blank shirts.... sell them to her at a reasonable mark-up. (If she wanted to buy them locally she would be paying around $2.50-$3 each.) And the screens are your property...explain to her she pays for screen creation...not the actual frames.
